Cornwall

Founded in 1851 by Cornishman Walter Hicks, today St Austell Brewery remains 100% independent and family owned.

Derbyshire

In 2005 the founders Jim Harrison and Simon Webster were recruited to brew on a second hand 10-barrel kit at Thornbridge Hall.

Timothy Taylor established the Brewery in the centre of Keighley in 1858, moving to The Knowle Spring, in 1863.

Born in 2015 with one member of staff, a rebuilt chicken shed, and a dog for company, Vocation has grown to brew over 10 million pints a year.
