




Founded in 2019, Brew 61 is an award-winning 10 BBL micro-brewery based on the family’s farm in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The farming environment has always been the inspiration behind the beers, most of which are named after the farm’s location and its herd of Highland Cows and flock of Dorset sheep. Brew 61 has aptly become known as “The Beer Farm”.

TROPIC CRUSH

The brewery is based in North Wales and located in the Plassey, it is the oldest micro-brewery in Wales surrounded by glorious countryside. Richard moved into the brewery in 2017 and started making real ale from their 12-barrel brew plant. They focus on brewing a core range with some seasonal specials. Their ethos is to only brew beer they want to drink as they are a small brewery and want every brew to count.

A traditional best bitter using the finest Maris Otter malt creating a quaffable session ale.

GREEN ONE

OBSIDIAN
A very attractive aroma of chocolate and coffee. The palate is lovely and clean with a nice dark, smoky finish.
Since 1997, they’ve been brewing forward-thinking & genre-defining beer in Manchester. From the more traditional cask beers first brewed in the back room of the grand Victorian pub in Ancoats, to the contemporary craft beers currently being produced in their state-of-the-art brewery in Salford.
