SOURCE weekly meals

Located on 26th & Stevens in south Minneapolis, Source is a nonprofit organization and one of Lord of Life’s ministry partners. Source serves one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country—with over 100 languages spoken within a mile and a half. Although near the acclaimed Minneapolis Institute of Arts and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, there are many shelters serving the homeless population as well.

Throughout this summer thanks to your benevolence dollars, Lord of Life has been supplying weekly (yes, weekly!) meals to many neighbors in need.

“Source has been a friend (serving physical needs and housing) and a voice (communicating God’s love and forgiveness) to the marginalized and skeptical since 1995. Source empowers the at-risk and unreached to make a break from the past and build foundations for the future. Source is on pace to give away over a million pounds of food annually. To accomplish this, Source is dependent on partnerships with church and organizations to work together at every step of the process, including meal prep. THANK YOU to Lord of Life! Our neighbors are so appreciative of your delicious and healthy meals.” —Josias Hansen, Director of Operations
