WHY LOOT RENTALS LOVES BINGHAM HOUSE If you want to be catapulted into history by way of Victorian architecture and charm, look no further than Bingham House located in beautiful historic downtown McKinney, Texas. Established in 1883 and under new ownership in 2020, the venue includes three different event spaces that can hold up to 300 total guests combined. The House, Event Hall and Courtyard provide glamour and elegance for your event enveloping guests with warm southern hospitality.

We love this venue because of the intimate nooks and corners that allow guests to break from the crowd and get cozy or hang with others. The vegetation and perfectly manicured landscape remind us of a perfect English garden inviting us out for a jubilant party or afternoon tea.
