Aristocratic model Lady Kitty Spencer was a lady in red last week at the Alberta Ferretti aftershow party at Milan Fashion Week. A regular on the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk and a Bulgari brand ambassador, the 29-year-old niece of Diana, Princess of Wales struck a pose in a floor-length gown by the designer, styled with a pair of gold heels, for the glitzy event at the Palazzo Donizetti. Earlier, she had sat front row to see the fashion house’s autumn collection, perhaps seeking ideas for her wedding dress after viewing a series of showstopping gowns. Lady Kitty is thought to have got engaged to businessman Michael Lewis, 61, at the end of last year and is reported to be converting to his Jewish faith to demonstrate her commitment to him. Friends of the couple say she is taking religious instruction in preparation for her marriage to the fashion tycoon. Michael married his (now ex-) wife Leola in an Orthodox ceremony in 1985. While it is not yet known which branch of the faith Kitty might follow, converts are generally expected to observe the Sabbath, PHOTOS: BACKGRID.
