than ever, with him admitting he feels

indebted to her, as she ’s given him so

much showbiz advice over the y ears.

who has gone on to become one of the UK’s

most loved and sought-after presenters,

She ’s a personal friend, and I’ll alw ays look out for her.” GOSSIP While R ylan’s career has gone from strength to strength, former glamour model Jordan, 41, has had a troubled two y ears, including speculation of dr ug abuse , checking into rehab after being diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder, going bankr upt before Christmas , and appearing in cour t multiple times on driving charges. But R ylan, 31, insists his friend is “ good”, adding, “I spok e to her recently. T here’s a lot of gossip surrounding her, but m y relationship with K atie is a ver y normal one –w e don ’t talk about what’s in the papers. She ’s a one -woman machine . She knows exactly what she’s doing.” Rylan now has countless celebrity friends, including X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, and on the show when he finished in fifth place in 2012, as w ell as his fellow contestants , James A rthur and Jahméne Douglas .

I sa w Simon a few months ago –we had a lovely catch up , and he said how well I’m doing. Simon knows ever ything about ever yone. I couldn ’t be prouder.” Rylan w ed husband and former Big Brother contestant D an N eal in 2015 and, ha ving just celebrated their four-year anniversar y in N ovember, the couple couldn ’t be happier. “ Married life is amazing!” he jokes . “ We row all the time , and w e don ’t have sex –so it’s full-on married life!” D an’s 19-year-old son, C ameron, now lives with the couple , but R ylan isn ’t ruling out ha ving kids of their own.

OPPORTUNITY He sa ys, “I’d consider all a venues. Of course I would, if it w as something I w anted. I t’s something that ma y come up . “I live m y personal life lik e I live m y career –I never plan. I’m one of those people who tak es each da y as it comes , so if the oppor tunity arises , fantastic, and if doesn ’t, fantastic. I’ve got C ameron, and I’m ver y content with him.” Rylan, who has also hosted This Morning , The Xtra F actor and Big Brother’s Bit On The Side , has a busy y ear ahead. “I’m actually very overdue – I last had it over a year ago now, and it lasts about

three or four months. I definitely need some more – I’m all about maintenance.”

VANITY

“I don’t think I’ll ever be totally happy with the way I look. I still see myself how

I grew up, which wasn’t great. But I’m also at a stage and age where I’m very

content, and I’m too f***ing busy to worry about what I look like most of the time!”

SURGERY

“I’ve had bits and bobs done over the years, but I’m not sure I’d want more.

I’ve been promoting safe injections lately, so my advice would be, if you

want something done – whether it be a bit of filler or Botox – just make sure

you’re having it done safely and do your research thoroughly beforehand.”
