As a professional you will have to work with colleagues, managers and directors. All the different roles are important to accomplish one goal. At BI we train you in this.
Different assignments will involve teamwork.
The secret of successfull teamwork is the sum of respect, tolerance and acceptance.
Get out of your comfort zone and be prepared to change teams for different assignments, you may well be surprised by the competence of someone who is not in your inner circle.
Don’t let one person do all the work, make an effort together. After all, you are graded as a group, not as an individual
