Welcome to Dow Diamond! On behalf of the Great Lakes Loons staff, I’m thrilled to welcome you back to the ballpark for the first time in over a year and a half, we can’t wait to entertain you and your guests. As you prepare for your upcoming suite outing, please take a moment to read through this important information.

The Loons have partnered with Professional Sports Catering to provide our suite catering for what is the most anticipated season in team history! This is the continuation of a long-standing relationship and the high-quality food and service you’ve come to expect at Dow Diamond. New for this year, we’ve partnered with FanFood to provide you an easy, contactless way to order and pay for your suite catering before you arrive at the ballpark to ensure the health and safety of you and your guests.

Please note that as we adapt Loons baseball to a COVID world, we ask that you follow these key COVID protocols for the Tri-Star Club Level. Masks are required at all times at Dow Diamond except when actively eating or drinking. The club level bar is operating on a grab and go basis only, with no seating at the bar. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, we ask that you not congregate in groups in the club level lobby. For all of Dow Diamond’s health and safety protocols, please visit Loons.com.

GENERAL INORMATION The Great Lakes Loons work to accommodate all of their suite patrons with the best menu and most delicious favorites in town! We have a full service kitchen to accommodate all tastes and budgets. The team offices are located at Dow Diamond. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Dow Diamond is located at 825 E. Main Street, Midland, MI 48640.

DAY OF GAME ORDERS

We welcome you to order on the FanFood App when you arrive. Simply downlaod the app from your iPhone App Store of Google Play Store to place your order. Please be aware that game time orders may take up to one hour for delivery.

PAYMENTS

Payment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. A credit card number and expiration date will be required at the time the order is placed to guarantee your order.

INCLEMENT WEATHER In the event that a game is canceled due to inclement weather, please be aware of the following policies: If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the catering coordinator must receive notification four hours prior to game time.

In the event that a game is canceled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by a Great Lakes Loons representative.

If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food will be delivered to your suite as planned unless food order is canceled four hours prior to game time.

If you cancel your food order you may still order from the suite menu when you arrive at the game. Your food can be ordered and delivered to your suite one hour after ordering. All items can be ordered from the menu except food items noted with an asterisk.

SALES TAX & SERVICE CHARGE

All sales are subject to applicable sales tax and a 20% service charge. This service charge includes gratuity and it is unnecessary and unexpected for you to give an additional tip.

GENERAL INORMATION CASHLESS PAYMENT POLICY For your safety, Dow Diamond has transitioned to a cashless venue for ALL sales transactions. This includes parking, ticket sales, concessions, and Loon Loft purchases.

Guest without debit, credit, or mobile payment capabilities can convert cash into a Loons gift card at the Guest Services Ticket Window with NO FEES or EXTRA CHARGES. Gift cards are reloadable, however, unused gift card balances cannot be redeemed for cash.

THE FANFOOD APP Download FanFood and enjoy a contactless concessions experience at all Loons home games. iPhone App STORE or Android Google Play.

Mobile food purchases provide you a quicker, safer, and more convenient concession experience. When attending games at Dow Diamond, you can browse the concession menu, place an order, and pay directly on your mobile device.
