ARRESTS MADE AFTER STOCKSBRIDGE STABBING
AT 8.37pm on Monday March 2, police responded to an incident in Stocksbridge where two members of the community were assaulted receiving injuries caused by a knife.
A crime scene was in place, but has now been released, and the victims are recovering from their injuries. On Thursday March 5 at approximately 4.30pm, the Neighbourhood team at
Deepcar, with help from response officers at Snig Hill, located and arrested two people in connection with this investigation.
A man and a woman remain in police cus-
tody and the investigation continues. The police would like to thank you to the community for both information and support that has led to these arrests.
