It is important to ensure that you have a will in place should the worst happen. If you do not have a will when you die then your estate will be distributed in accordance with the Intestacy Rules. A power of attorney will give someone the power to manage your financial affairs when it is difficult for you to manage them yourself.

To help you on the right path, we are offering a free 30 minute advice appointment (including over the telephone or by video call) with the executor or prospective administrator of the estate. We can help lighten your load by obtaining the Grant of Probate and, if you require it, dealing with the entire administration of the estate. This means you can hand over responsibility of the administration safe in the knowledge that it is being dealt with by a professional.
