Dear Boys, as you go out into the world I pray that you will stand tall, strong and bright as a lantern, letting your light shine wherever you go and using your multiple and varied talents in ways that uplift all humanity. Remember that your success depends on your discipline and hard work, but that charity and generosity can open doors and disrespect and unkindness can close them. Now go out into the world and make it a better place for us all. I love you all.
