PRINCIPAL’S CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE I am delighted to deliver this farewell speech to you the students of Standard Five. Today, as I reflect on your journey to this point in your education. I am thankful to God, your teachers and parents for all the support they gave to you, so that you could overcome the many challenges and obstacles you faced over the seven years. My precious Standard V students, we have tried to expose you to many learning experiences to develop your unique talents and skills. Many of you were in co/ extracurricular activities such as dance, steel pan, choral speaking, swimming, choir, football and Red Cross. Hence, you have gained some valuable experiences that have helped to shape and prepare you for the next stage of your life. Students, I want to commend you for your contribution made to your school and community. Some of you served as class /house prefects, gave generously to helping the Moravians Shut- in and sacrificed your time to participate in meaningful activities within Belmont and Environs. While doing so, you

wonderfully displayed our school’s core values and placed others before self. Always remember that life is full of challenges, therefore, what we have taught you over the seven years must forever be etched in your memories. I admonish you to put God first, so according to Proverbs 3:6 “In all your ways acknowledge Him so that He shall direct your path”. Honour your parents for God promised you long life once you obey this command. To you parents, encourage your children in their areas of strength and continue to be a good example to them. Boys and girls, may you experience good success in all that you do. God’s Grace!
