For nearly two decades, Lori Valenti has been serving up unforgettable culinary experiences with flair and finesse. As the owner of Perfect Catering—Longview’s premier catering kitchen—Lori combines her deep love of food with a keen eye for presentation and event design.
Lori’s journey began in 2011 when she joined the Perfect Catering team. Just five years later, she took the reins and transformed it into the beloved business it is today. Her approach is equal parts flavor and finesse, constantly exploring new trends and techniques to keep her offerings fresh and exciting.
Now, Lori is taking her business to the next level with the help of fellow entrepreneur Dawnelle Priddy. Together, they’re creating a custom-designed, state-of-the-art catering facility on Alpine Road. The new space—an expansion from 1,500 to nearly 5,000 square feet—was envisioned by Lori and brought to life by Dawnelle and her team.
This collaboration between two powerhouse women highlights the strength of female-led ventures in Longview. It’s a testament to what’s possible when women build each other up—literally and figuratively.
The new spa, located on Tall Pines Road across from the AMC movie theater, is being thoughtfully designed to provide a serene, luxurious atmosphere where clients can enjoy top-tier aesthetic treatments that enhance both their inner and outer beauty.
This space will also be home to another exciting collaboration—That Girl’s Boutique and The Dress Co. And The Tuxedo Co., both womenowned businesses based in Longview, will be joining Aesthetica under one roof.
