Well, Hector Berlioz wrote a symphony to get noticed by his future wife, Harriet!

Today’s FUNharmonics family concert steps back in time to Paris in the 1830s, as we journey through the magical Symphonie fantastique exploring Hector and Harriet’s unusual love story.

As we’re in Paris, get your singing voices ready to join in with a special ‘chanson’ (song) all about riding on the Métro, before we end with a rip-roaring Can-Can extravaganza.

We are absolutely delighted to welcome you back to the Royal Festival Hall for this ‘fantastique’ concert!

A fun vocal workshop suitable for the whole family – bring your voice and get ready to learn our audience participation song, ‘Dans le Métro’, and meet our quartet of musicians led by Rosie Adediran. Concert ticket-holders only.
