Bonnie Schoberth, LLA administrative assistant, tossed the first pitch at the 66ers game on her 66th birthday.
LLA Featured at Inland Empire 66ers Tuesday, August 28, many Loma Linda Academy students and faculty attended the 66ers baseball game at San Manuel Stadium. Before the game started the students and faculty eagerly watched as Bonnie Schoberth threw the first pitch in celebration of her retirement and birthday that night. Not long after, senior Kaitlyn Mamora stepped up to sing the National Anthem. This event was made possible because of our principal Mr. Krpalek,

who had done a similar event with a previous school. Mr. Kraplek wanted Loma Linda to be involved with the 66ers game by bringing our school to show support and include some of our very own students and faculty. Many students had fun walking throughout the stadium with our school mascot launching school shirts and riling the crowd up.

Be prepared with food for lunch and snacks. There will be activities and dinner is provided. Senior Havasu Trip: Seniors will be gone next week to Lake Havasu in Arizona from September 9-12.
Kaitlyn Mamora, 12th, sang the National Anthem at the game.
