In an effort to promote peace and harmony across the boundaries and cultural barriers of our countries and throughout our world, IWS Canada, IWS Mexico, and IWS USA are pleased to present to you their 1st North American online Contest “Giving Light to the World”. Light surrounds us and gives us life; it is a source of energy that has empowered us through our history. What better way to bring healing and transformation to the world but through the captivating impact of light?
We asked that artists that are members of the IWS branches in Canada, Mexico, and the USA, submit their very best work in capturing light in watercolors. As we navigate through these dark times in the world, we challenge artists of these three countries to light the way with their art and lead us on a path of hope.
