Placing a dot, a line or a word onto a monitor/ screen you can define the margins and paddings. Each stroke helps in defining the space you will deal with. Hence, it is necessary to maintain a consistent width and height with the paddings and margins.

There’s no denying it – color value is used to define different purposes. Take for instance, if you choose black for a button, dark grey for the next and light grey for the third one, then what you are probably in effect depicting – the first button ( the black one) appears to be the most prominent one to visitors. Try not to use the same color for the button, which has been already used for the site or app, because it may fade away. Also, it’s advisable not to use bright red on “buy” or any other “call-to-action” button, since it means “stop” in the United States. Thus, it may convey a wrong message to the users and prevent them from clicking the button. 

Always remember, color is not about your preference; rather it plays a crucial role in defining the nature of your brand/ business. A brand or business should emphasize on the emotional rapport your clientele have with your products or services. Color aids in defining that rapport in a subtle yet an effective manner. Hence, you require choosing the right color for your brand. 

Hence, if you think your visitors won’t forget which screen they were on, you can often skip it or get it disappeared until scroll or refresh. Define elements rather repeating them:

If any “go” button is of purple color, then every “go” button must have the same color. If one screen has 20px padding on every side, then all screens are required to maintain this consistency. This is exactly what we intend to mean by defining elements and repeating them. Each of the elements should be defined properly, as should be the colors used inside the app. 

Actions need prompt feedbacks:

A majority of users expect that their mobile phones will respond to all their interactions in a jiffy. For an example, when a user action (tap, click or swipe) is responded to with an animation, the users understand that they have been heard and their process has been started being executed on. When a mobile phone user refreshes there should be a moving symbol. If they happen to hit something, it must slide or bounce or glow in order to let the users know that it’s working.
