You can't deny that there's something serene about lofi music.

It's pretty easy to find a great playlist or album that helps you focus, stay calm, chill or even sleep better. Not only has this genre increased in popularity over the years, but the community surrounding it consists of some of the most kind and peaceful people you will ever stumble across.

Sure, we're told to keep our heads out of the clouds but what's wrong with engaging in one's imagination? The mind can't help but wander, taking us on a solo adventure as we board the express train that is our thoughts. We should be encouraged to do it more often.

And as we travel on this journey, why not enjoy the experience with others?

Combining good music with great company is all you need. Memories are forged, stories are shared and immaculate vibes are created.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Lofi Misfits.

To those that are as equally passionate about moments like these and yearn to stay in them with friends and family, we dub you a lofi misfit; daydreamers lost in their own dreamscape.

Our essence is akin to blissful summer nights spent with friends where the conversation wanders in 100 different directions. From deep and insightful to imaginary and illogical, moments like these are what we live for; when the air taste better, the music is music-ing and life feels perfect. If we could, we would spend the rest of our lives in these moments letting the world and its problems fade away.

As we combine short prose with art, music and everything dope, we want to encourage you all to join us on our mission of reminding everyone the beauty of imagination and the importance of enjoying life with the people that matter the most.

Alone, she stands tall against opposition. Inches away from non-existence, destiny trumps fatality.

Into the world she came, bleeding scarlet in solitude.

Burning in vibrancy, she blossomed into something passionate.

Though location's unfavorable, her identity came from it.

Isolation wasn't her choice but she never let it loom over her.

Anxiety's shadow crept at her feet so she pushed back in the only way she knew how.

She grew.
