Locust Projects experimental mission informs our own fundraising events that incorporate artist activations or are created in collaboration with exhibiting artists including seated benefit dinners for 150 guest to a Casino de Monte Carlo-themed Spring Fling with casino games and a silent art auction for 450 guests.

Locust Projects’ 8,000 sq. ft. home in Little River features a rotating schedule of exciting installations and exhibitions featuring by an array of local, national and international artists.
Our venue is ideal for envisioning a wide variety of innovative events from meetings and lunches to cocktails, receptions and dinner parties, Locust Projects welcomes you and your guests into inspiring spaces of art and creation.

2,500 sq ft - Due to the nature of our changing artist projects, it is hard to predict exactly what our exhibition spaces will look like until the installations are complete, but we can promise they will inspire you and make your event distinctive.
Holding an event at Locust Projects supports the work we have been doing for the past 25 years to make art happen supporting artists with opportunities to experiment and create ambitious new work.
PROJECT ROOM
625 sq ft space features immersive installations and activations by local, national and international artists five times per year
Opens directly into Locust Projects Main Exhibition Space through 12 x 12 ft. roll-up bay door. Covered platform area.
Load in through security gate on NE 3rd Ave. Wi-Fi provided. The space is available pending 60-day advance request and approval of use.

Located centrally in Little River’s industrial neighborhood off NE 2nd Avenue and 67th Street, Locust Projects is close to the Design District, MiMo, Wynwood, Miami Beach, and Miami International Airport and 8 miles to heart of South Beach.

Free street parking is available in our industrial neighborhood.
Local lots are available for rent and for valet parking, we are happy to share our contacts for lots and valet for hire.
