New and Noteworthy

LOCKTON LISTENS

Our first global engagement survey, Lockton Listens, closes on Friday, October 13, 2023. Please encourage your Associates to participate—it should take about 5-10 minutes to complete, and everything shared is confidential.

Three things to know:

1. Survey links are unique to each Associate. This ensures the results are accurate.

2. Associates can take the survey from their desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet.

3. If anyone experiences technical difficulties, please have them contact Perceptyx Customer Support.

THE NORTHEAST KNOWLEDGE LIBRARY

Have you visited the Northeast Knowledge Library? Have you encouraged your Associates to do the same? Over the coming weeks, we will be deploying communications to engage our people to learn about, understand and take full advantage of the information / tools / resources available.

Don’t forget that WE NEED YOUR HELP to keep the Library up-to-date. Please email Northeast MarComm the name(s) of Associates who can provide team or department updates.

Please encourage your Associates to participate in LOCKO (our version of Bingo). The goal is to help our people better understand and get the most from this new resource.

Time to Get Going

John F. Kenney once said, “We must use time as a tool, not as a couch.”

Was he talking about Vitality, or taking advantage of preventive care? No, but he makes a good point! We’ve hit the last quarter of calendar 2023…

Have you had your preventive care exam this year? It’s covered 100%. Check-out 2023 Associate Benefits for details.

Have you raised your Vitality Status to Gold? If you and your Associates “go for the gold” by early December, it will ensure points are recorded and the discount is reflected on the first paycheck of the year. Visit powerofvitality.com to learn more.
