Exercise and training has always been a huge part of my life, being in the army for 22 years meant that not only did I need to keep fit for my job but I needed an outlet for stress and pressure and something that wasn’t work focused. Running lead me to Triathlon and I never looked back, I got a coach myself and was left a bit disappointed that the service I was paying for was actually just a training plan. We call it “send to all” coaching. With this in mind I invested in the best training courses, qualifications and equipment to set up Tristyle Coaching offering personalised training plans on a fully interactive platform as well as the latest in sports science testing. Feedback on sessions is live and ongoing and I have a open door policy (and free coffee) for athlete progress catch ups. Watching athletes grow in confidence and take on new challenges or getting a photo from a finish line of an athlete clutching their medal makes for a very rewarding career. I take on athletes of all abilities from total novices to professionals. If you want to try and run 5k for the first time

or if you want to try and qualify for Kona - your plan will be personalised and bespoke around you! Get in touch and get your journey started. Andrew

“Started tristyle coaching a while ago now Not only has it helped maintain my condition with training but I’ve seen progression in workouts every week! Such a little amount of money for something so beneficial on my life! Hear it from some of the athletes definitely recommend” already part of the Tristyle Team:

“I contacted Tristyle about completing their C25k programme. I was extremely apprehensive as I had never run before but Andrew was really friendly and approachable and put me at ease that we could work at my pace and fit in the plan around my children. The first few sessions were really short and helped build up my confidence and after a couple of weeks I was really enjoying it. It took 8 weeks for me to run 5k without any walking and I was absolutely thrilled. I’ve continued on with Tristyle on their basic package and can now run 10k and am hoping to aim for a half marathon by the end of the year. Without Andrews guidance and reassurance I would have given up in week 1.”

“Just wanted to say such a huge thank you for everything this year. Yesterday was absolutely brilliant, I can't believe how strong I felt and I was genuinely surprised with my finishing time (especially the run). Your training and support was excellent, I could still juggle work, life and lockdown without compromising any sessions. I would sign up for another straight away, however, I think my boyfriend would maybe leave me because he has been washing the dishes and walking the dog alone for a year now :). “
