PHILADELPHIA 2018 One of my favorite tag lines is, “Perception is Reality,” because regardless of the facts, what one person perceives as “real” is what they come to believe. The great thing about beliefs is that although at times they appear ingrained in whom we are, they can be changed and altered at any given time. The beauty in this is that what we “believe” is exactly what becomes our reality. When we believe in growth and success…we grow and succeed. When we believe in laughter, love and good fortune…we laugh, love and have good fortune. And when we believe in gratitude and fulfillment…guess what? We are grateful and fulfilled in our lives. However, we cannot be naïve in our hope for a perfect reality. Life is full of stumbling blocks and hard work, necessary for growth and success. It is full of sadness, loss and bad luck; all necessary for laughter, love and good fortune. And it is full of selfishness and emptiness, both needed for gratitude and fulfillment. But this is what makes the world go round. These trials and tribulations are the building blocks of achievements, dreams and accomplishments that can only be met with one trait…belief. To believe doesn’t cost a single cent. It doesn’t require hard physical labor. It doesn’t require the assistance of another person. It isn’t swayed by age, race, wealth, level of education or physical appearance. It isn’t dependent on any single factor except you.

You…and your willingness to believe. For just a few hours, I want you to believe. I want you use the opportunity of this conference that is built on belief in you, your business, your profession and your future.
