The Healing Place is a rehabilitation center focusing on physical, emotional and psychological recovery of
patients. The core of the healing center is its connection to nature and biophilic design.
Biophilic design focuses on the aspects of nature and its healing effects on a person physically
and emotionally. Creating architecture that engages itself with nature is the goal
of the Healing Place. Creating a space that is relaxing and healing without the traditional
characteristics of medical facilities will encourage patients during their recovery.
