Letter from the President Team Loyalty, As always, I will start out with a huge THANK YOU to all of our Loyalty Pawn Team! We have 7 months of the year behind us now and need to stay focused on the next five months. We have back to school, and then the holidays will hit in no time. Let's all start thinking about a charity that we would like Loyalty Pawn to be a part of send ideas to your leadership teams. The sooner we start preparing for a charitable cause the more successful we can make for those that are less fortunate than others which to me is important all the time, but the during the holidays is the most important time to make an impact on peoples' lives and we want to be here to help.

The remodels and the signs are moving slowly it is very unfortunate to me, but I was assured today that August will be our month and hopefully have the Loyalty Luxury department will be completed, also this month, so we can prepare for the holidays for a more retail environment for all of our luxury goods. Our goal is to have three store interior remodels completed by years end, we are going to start with Broadway, move on to El Camino and will decide from there if we can get anymore completed this yea (finger's crossed). It will take a lot of work and we may be reaching out for a little extra help during those times so let your leadership team know if you want to be a part of the new, clean and fresh image of Loyalty Pawn.

Thank You for all the reviews that you are asking all of our wonderful clients to give to us and let's keep it up. That improves our online exposure the most. Over 70% of all searches completed are done through a mobile device (I have also seen the statistic shown at over 90%). I would like to thank Cody El Camino's manager for all his work and effort on getting our online messaging and the entire company's branding uniform we will all be seeing much of that come to life this month. Cody is also working with all of our digital marketing platforms working together and carrying the same message. This is a huge task, one that I tried, and am grateful for his work on this. He is doing a much better job than I did, THANK YOU Cody!

A Letter from the General Manager Greetings Loyalty Team, Another month has come and gone! 2018 is flying by! I’m happy to report that we have and continue to get great candidates to fill in the needed positions! Very soon, we will have locations with extended hours that will help cater to our guests while allowing the convenience for others. As we expand our hours, this is a fantastic example how we are meeting our Store Values of Loyalty, Dedication and Creativity.

In the past month, we have been receiving many positive testimonials. It is no secret that we are offering great levels of service to our guests. We are getting many positive google reviews at each location which we’re very proud of. As we continue to capture these online testimonials, let’s maximize these positive interactions and opportunities. Florin continues to excel in this department and their success is largely because they’re merely asking the customer for a review.

The team work and engaged personnel at the Florin location is phenomenal! Keep it up Team!!

I would like to send a special thanks to Zabiyah. For those that know Zabiyah, she has been a very loyal member not only to the company, but the industry. Zabiyah has accepted the promotion to the Senior SLA position at the Florin location and now joins the leadership team. In the last 2 months, she has taken it upon herself to extend a creative level of customer service by reaching out to our new customers for all our locations. Zabiyah has contacted new customers at all the locations to see how their experiences were. We have received a bunch of positive feedback and are happy to report that the guests overwhelmingly loved the follow up. We are proud and excited that Zabiyah has joined the leadership team at the Florin location. She is an excellent steward of Loyalty, Dedication and Creativity!

Golden 1 Center Company Suite Tickets Hello Team Loyalty!

If you don’t know already Loyalty Pawn has an employee benefit which is a company suite at the Golden 1 Center, that has 7 tickets to all Sacramento Kings Home Basketball Games and most other non-basketball events. This benefit can be used for team building or just as a fun night out with family and/or friends. If anyone would like to attend an event a ticket request form will be send out shortly for you all to request tickets to any event you would like. Below is a list of all up to date events through the end of the year and every month an updated list of events will be send out to keep you all updated on new events. Please remember that we share this with other companies so please be respectful and food and beverage is at your own expense. August- Late Summer 2018 Did you know the August birthstone is the PERIDOT? Pronounced “PearA-Dot” (rhymes with hot). It is sometimes called the evening emerald for its light green color. According to semi-precious stones mythology the peridot crystal shines like a light beam of energy, a stone of happy, lighthearted vibes and the perfect companion to lead us onto a path of sunshine.

Fun Peridot Facts and Folk Lore It was once believed that the green peridot crystals found in volcanic ashes were the tears of the volcano goddess, Pele. The peridot has been found in volcanic lava in Hawaii and in meteorites that have fallen to Earth. In the 1700s, a meteorite that landed in Siberia contained many peridot crystals that were large enough to be used for jewelry. When set in gold, this gem was said to protect the wearer from nightmares.
