A Letter from the General Manager
Hello Loyalty Team!
It seems like the months are flying by! June was a breeze and here comes the heat! Another great month has passed. While we prepare for the heat to come, we are also preparing to extend our hours at some locations. You may have seen some new team members that have joined your teams. We welcome all of them and we are very excited that they’re a part of our growing company.

A very noteworthy topic to mention is our online successes. In June, we started to get our customers more engaged in our online review process. We have many fantastic guests who have left us wonderful google reviews about their experience. The Florin team has worked relentlessly to maximize their customer experiences and merely asking for a google review, the customers have been very generous.
Lastly, the company is seeing a slight increase in new customer traffic. This is due to positive word of mouth, experiences, online exposure through offerup, facebook marketplace and our eagerness to help our opportunities over the phone. Each store is seeing an up tic in new customers. Let’s not forget to capture as much information from them while they’re here including, cell phone number, e-mail address and add their wants to our follow up binders. Let’s all continue to maximize these opportunities.
