Now that we are for the most part out of the pandemic, we are so happy that we are able to go back to normal everyday life. We want to thank you again to everyone for all your hard work that everyone puts in everyday, you guys are doing an amazing job even with everything that has gone on in the past couple of years. Letter from the President

Hello Team Loyalty!

As we near the end of summer, we’re embarking on the season in which we historically have grown in our loan balances. This is going to be a little bit different than prior years. With the uncertainty in the economy, flexing stock market and commodities, we are sure to see and increase in foot traffic at the stores. We will stay on the course of offering immediate relief with a short-term loan.

One of the things that I have been proud of recently is the team cohesiveness. The team successes and celebrations are happening. These celebrations are important to reflect on our successes as well as decompress from the everyday grind. Both Florin and El Camino had a celebration on 8/30/22 at Topgolf and everyone seemed to appreciate the gathering. Let’s not forget to celebrate teams! We will continue to be busy but it’s very important to get together and enjoy our group wins. Excellent job to both El Camino and Florin for putting together the Topgolf event.

In October, CAPA will be hosting the fall convention in universal city. Every year CAPA holds a spring and fall conference. This year we have invited 4 team members to join us at this conference. We value these as we have always walked away with important industry updates, ongoing legislation, new product and much more. The team will also get a tour of universal studios. This will not only be an educational event, but we will have time for fun too!

Lastly, thank you everyone for your continued hard work! Many of you are giving 100% daily to live the vision, values and goals. This continues to be important to me and to the health and hearth of the company. Without the commitment and dedication, we would be an unfocussed company, struggling to get by.

Greetings Loyalty Family,

We are getting closer and closer to completing the first cycle of using Bravo everyone says this would be the hardest times for us but finally we are here. With Bravo Physical inventory integrated we have successfully completed EL Camino’s first audit. I must say it went a lot smoother than I thought. We still have a few wrinkles to iron out put with everything else the more we do it and focus on it we will get better at it. The rest of the stores I will be going around to teach and help you with the process. As we continue to grow that loan balance it has become more challenging to move some of the inventory we have. We must rely on creative ways to sell this stuff, online and proper layaway maintenance is the answer. This month we are going to get to know Lola one of the newest team members of the Broadway team.

14. What would you do if you won the lottery? Take care of my mommy and family, ensure everyone I love will be okay, and help the world!

16. What is your favorite holiday and why? Ramadan. Because I get to focus on my faith and God.

It's the final countdown we are now in the last quarter we are going to hit the ground running with sales, sales, sales. Fun fact about September, the Romans believed that September was looked after by the god of fire. So they always expected fires and volcanic eruptions to occur during this month. That maybe explains this terrible heat wave but to cool down September 28th is National Drink A Beer Day. Well that being said I also want to thank everyone who came out to Top Golf for an employee appreciation team Elco and Team Florin. Also it's crazy to see team Elco being at a record high in loan balance at a whopping 1.5 million growing like crazy to become this monster store. Watch out Florin, As we continue to grow we also need to continue to offer these sales due to being inventory rich. Team Elco is doing their best to turn inventory to cash. Also more exciting new is Ms. Tyrah Walls is returning this month we welcome her back with a big loyalty welcome! Another quick reminder there are about 100 days till Christmas let's sell, sell, sell!

I hope everyone is doing well and staying cool in this crazy heat wave we been having. Well, what is going on at Florin, We are still sitting at $1.6million in loan balance with hope of hitting $1.7million soon. For the month of August, we did a total of $354k in loans. Team Florin has a total of 191 active layaway here with a balance of $83.2k and a total of $27.7k in deposits for August. Team Florin did a total of $125k in sales including scraps. We are shooting for a goal to hit $100k in traditional sales for September. Team Florin is also excited to introduce a new member to our Team, his name is Johnathan Thao. So please reach out to him and introduce yourself if you haven't yet. We have a great sale going on for the month of September and let's capitalize on it. 30% off anything with a screen and let's push for those reviews to get another 10% off. We also had a great time celebrating our teams and was able to collaborate with Team Elco to celebrate our members. We are going into the month of September and the heat is not going to stop, please stay hydrated.

Hello Team Loyalty,

I hope everyone is having and great summer and is staying cool. As I write this the forecasted temp for today is 112*. Thank goodness our AC is working great! As the temps are heating up so are our loans. We have definitely seen an increase in traffic and Roseville’s new customer count is up 5% for the month of August. We have seen a slow down in sales, so we all need to be creative and persistent on post items online. The economy has definitely changed peoples spending habits and its up to us to fight for sales. POST POST POST. Tools seem to sell fast online and game systems as long as they are priced right. People are still working, and they need tools for work. People are spending less on gas and travel by staying home more, and they need game systems for entertainment. Thank you for all the hard work and GO TEAM LOYALTY!

Hello Broadway fans, it's that time again and we have some great news this month both Josh and Quincy have birthdays this month. Make sure to send them great birthday wishes. this month we are really working on our reviews trying to be the highest rated pawnshop in sac. Baked Apples Filled With Sausage

Ingredients

1 pound bulk sausage

6 large tart baking apples

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1/4 cup chopped figs brown sugar, ground cinnamon, grated lemon rind, or chopped figs

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Brown the sausage in a large skillet. Wash the apples and cut a slice from the tops. Scoop out the flesh, leaving shells 1/2 inch thick. Cut the flesh from the cores and chop it. Add the chopped apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon rind, and figs to the sausage and mix well. Fill the apple shells with the mixture. Sprinkle the tops with brown sugar, cinnamon, grated lemon rind, or chopped figs. Place in a baking dish, cover, and bake until tender, about 40 minutes. Serve with hot biscuits and a green salad.
