Hello Loyalty Family!

Now that we are for the most part out of the pandemic, we are so happy that we are able to go back to normal everyday life. We want to thank you again to everyone for all your hard work that everyone puts in everyday, you guys are doing an amazing job even with everything that has gone on in the past couple of years. Don’t forget to check out the monthly newsletters electronically, on the Issuu app so that you can share your hard work to your friends and family! There are many new events and Kings games so make sure to check that out so you can request games or other events for you and your families. The Kings are doing great this year and we haven’t gotten many requests for games, so be sure to take part in this great opportunity. Keep doing an amazing job Team Loyalty.

Letter from the President

Hello Team Loyalty,

Hopefully we are all getting familiar with Bravo and enjoying all the technological benefits that come with Bravo. We will be taking advantage of more of what Bravo has to offer as we continue to cycle through the loan term. I am looking forward to utilizing all the mobile communications and payment features, as it will streamline a lot of what we do. I am also looking forward to seeing all our products online with quality pictures and an avenue to generate more sales. I am sure it has not been the easiest of transitions but Thank You for your patience and dedication to this process in the end it will be worth it!

We are experiencing great growth in our loan balance, which is exactly what we are in business. As Jerry Whitehead has always asked us “What is the number one product that we sell?” The answer is MONEY. Fantastic job everyone let us continue to push those loans and renewals as that will continue to build to our bottom line. We have in the past been extremely lenient on the quality of the products we take in on loan or buy. We can now be a bit pickier when it comes to the C and lower quality items as the loan tsunami, we have been talking about is arriving and with gas and groceries prices rising, and with inflation here our loans will continue to grow.

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and am happy to hear several of our Loyalty Pawn family members taking up the game of golf and I cannot wait to get out there and hit the sticks with you all do not worry about trying to lose to the boss just to gain favor as I am fully aware of how terrible I am so I will compete but will be rooting for all of us to have an exciting and fun time and may the best swings win!!

Letter from the General Manager

Hello Everyone

The triple-digit temperatures are here! I think I can speak for everyone when I say that this is the time of year when we all really respect great air conditioning! I’m glad that we’re at the point of each store being on the new software. As you all know, the crossing over to Bravo is to make our daily lives more simplistic, create a database that will add ease of doing transactions for our clients, simplify reporting, and operate with the advanced technology that the industry has offered. This decision took quite a while to choose however, we have just scratched the surface with its capabilities, and we look forward to utilizing mobile pay, and buya. Hang on, this is going to be a wild ride!

Now that we’re on track in compiling sales data, for the month of June, Dominic T. got 1st , Ricardo Molina got 2nd place and Josh Bonton got 3rd place. Fantastic Job gentlemen! Now that the month has ended, we also have the data for the top three salesmen of the quarter. Dominic T. was 1st place, Josh Bonton was 2nd place and Ricardo Molina was 3rd place. Remember, being the top three salesmen for the quarter will qualify you for a higher weekly bonus for the whole next quarter. First place will receive 5% (if you sell $2,000.00 or more weekly). Second and third place will receive 4% each if they sell over $2,000.00 or more weekly).

Thank you to everyone who is helping gather identification pictures with incoming loans and inventory. While being in communication with the stores, it seems like most of you are getting on the ball and capturing these pictures for identification purposes. If some of you haven’t done this yet, this is important because this will help us identify an item if an issue is to arise. Once we activate mobile payment, our clients can see the items they’re paying on. Perhaps capturing great pictures of their items will help decrease our defaults or expirations, once the time comes. Our clients will be reminded what their item looks like and may possibly fall in love with the item again after 4 months.

To conclude, I would also like to thank those who are helping with video creation. Both Justin and Mark have produced great videos to market our monthly sales. This does take creativity and finessing! Thanks for being a part of Loyalty Pawns’ digital campaigns. It’s awesome also when dropping by the stores to listen to the monthly sales promotion to be announced by the team members. I’m sure that by doing so, will increase the team members and the store’s sales goals. Thank you, everyone!

Loyalty Pawn Family

Greetings Loyalty Family,

First things first Happy 4th of July to all of you and your families. The tsunami of loans that we have all been hearing about is finally, here. We have been talking about this for a while now and our inventory defiantly sees it. Mark and the Florin team have done an excellent job getting our promotional add video together. Just like said in the video we are all tired of seeing everything go up in price, well while everything’s going up in price we are going down in price. Let’s all push this sale hard and get rid of lots of inventory especially in the hard goods section. The leaders and I have been talking about being creative and putting package deals together for example buying a PS4 and getting a 32” tv for free. These package deals and manager specials have always been a terrific way to move bulky inventory. I’d like to hear of some of the store level challenges that everyone is participating in. This month we are going to get to know one of our newest members of the Loyalty Pawn family and the Roseville team Danni Robinson.

1. Who is your hero and why? My grandmother, she was the most caring and generous person I had the privilege of knowing.

Sun's out with triple digits hope everyone is beating the heat, hope everyone had a great first day of summer in June also a great 4th of July. fun fact on July 16th, 1969 the crew of the Apollo 11 launched from Kennedy Space Center in Florida four days later, on July 20th, 1969 Neil Armstrong was the first human to set foot on the moon, so they say. With crazy heat records in July we had a crazy sales record in June of 143K wow! Special thanks to the El Camino team for getting those numbers to the moon. Also with July's Summer Sale we are clearing most of our overstock tools, tv, and laptops at 30% off. We are inventory rich and need to turn our product in to revenue that being said we need to be offering add-ons/ package deals tv's with games systems, purses with jewelry etc. In other news team Elco would like to wish Tyrah Walls a great and safe labor delivery and a speedy recovery. Also for those who drink Tequila July 24th is National Drink Tequila Day! Cheers.

Loyalty Pawn Families,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far. What is going on at Florin, well Team Florin is still holding a $1.6million in loan balance and we ended last month in sale with a total of $139.1k including $18.5k in layaway pickups and tax-exempt sales. We have a team member that is coming up to her 3 months with us here at Loyalty Pawn. I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Fourth of July. Team Florin has a goal set for $80k in sales for this month not counting tax exempt sales. So, we have some selling to do. We have I want to say one of the greatest sale this month so we shouldn’t have any issue reaching our sales goal possible surpassing it. Team Florin is working of reorganizing our showroom floor to make it look a little different so maybe that can help us increase our sales. Moving inventory around can make a difference in how our customer see’s the items. We are having a 30% off sales for the month of July so we need to SALE SALE SALE, this is the perfect opportunity to move those age items. Have a great month in July and stay hydrated.

Hello Team Loyalty,

I hope everyone is having a great summer. I want to start and give a huge shoutout to the Roseville team for all the hard work and dedication during this brutal heat wave! Our AC was on the fritz and the Roseville team stepped up and didn’t miss a beat. Brittany, Dom, and Danni all kept a positive attitude as the temps were rising in the store and I greatly appreciate all hard work! Thank you, team Roseville for being AWESOME! The AC is now fixed, and the store is much cooler!! I also want to thank Mark from the Florin store for making such a great video for this month’s sale! I love the excitement and energy you brought to the video! Great job Mark! Big thanks to everyone that has helped with the marketing campaigns, you all are doing a great job and I appreciate you.

Hello Team,

Hello all the Loyalty Pawn Broadway fans welcome back. There has been a lot going on here starting with our newest team member Quincy. We are really happy to have her on the team and looking forward to seeing what she can accomplish. Cleaning and organizing and selling are the main goals trying to keep the store up and running clean and smelling good. We have been pushing the 30% off sale to everyone who comes in and hoping to clear out some of this inventory. I’m still working trying to get people in for interviews and out to all the stores to get staffed back up. That’s all for this month but stay tuned for more updates and news.

Summer Sliders

The sweet and savory topping is made with apples and the chili base gives a nice kick of unexpected heat. What an absolutely wonderful combination of flavors!

Ingredients (Slider and Balsamic Glaze)

2 pounds freshly ground beef chuck 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley

2 teaspoons salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze (*see below)

1 tablespoon melted butter

2 teaspoons dark-brown sugar

1 teaspoon chili paste

12 slices sharp white cheddar cheese

12 brioche slider rolls or dinner rolls, split in half

1 cup coarsely chopped red leaf lettuce

• For sliders: Break beef into clumps by hand and put into a bowl.Add parsley and salt.

• In another bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, Balsamic Glaze (*see below), melted butter, brown sugar, and chili paste.

• Add to beef and gently mix to combine. Form into 12 patties.

• Cook on grill for 3 minutes. Turn over, top each with slice of cheddar, and cook for 3 minutes more. Transfer patties to a plate.

• Place rolls split side down on grill for 1 minute, or until lightly toasted.

• To assemble: Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of each roll.Arrange lettuce on top.Add patty, cheese side up. Halve each bacon slice. Put one half on each patty. Top with relish and remaining roll halves.

Balsamic Glaze

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 cup balsamic vinegar with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Allow sugar to melt, then bring to a low boil and cook 2 minutes, or until glaze coats the back of a spoon. Cool, transfer to a jar with a lid, and keep in the refrigerator.
