Happy Holidays Team Loyalty!!

Wow, December came so fast and as we get into the last month of the year let’s make it a great end of the year. Thank you again to everyone for all your hard work that everyone puts in everyday, you guys are doing an amazing job even with everything that has gone on in the past year and hopefully we’ll be getting back to normal in 2022 Don’t forget to check out the monthly newsletters electronically, on the Issuu app so that you can share your hard work to your friends and family! There are many new events and Kings games so make sure to check that out so you can request games or other events for you and your families. The Kings are doing great this year and I haven’t gotten any requests for games, so be sure to take part in this great opportunity. Keep doing an amazing job Team Loyalty and we hope that everyone has a wonderful holiday with their family, a Merry Christmas, and a very Happy New Year!!

Letter from the President

Hello Team Loyalty,

Happy Holidays!!! One month left of 2021, that is incredible to me. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed your time with family and friends. Even with these challenging times Thanksgiving does give us that time to reflect on what we are all thankful for. I know I spent part of my day being and thinking about how Thankful I am for each member of our Loyalty Pawn Family. I do not say it enough but Thank You. Now it is December and ready to take on the Christmas season and the New Year. Let us Do This! We have achieved some huge milestones even after enduring the struggles of 2020 and 2021, but we are not done. We need to have a tremendous retail sales month and December is just the month to do it. We did have a low revenue month in November of 2020 but we doubled it last month. That is amazing and tells me we are set for a great December!

We are still having steady loan growth which is terrific. As our loan balance grows our monthly residual income of pawn service charges and this is what we are in business for. While we still have not hit our pre-Covid loan balance numbers we are on our way. Barring unforeseen circumstances with new variants we should be above pre-Covid numbers and continue our steady growth in the months to come. It is extremely exciting to see the growth that we are a part of. Please let Wayne, Javier, or myself if there are any tools that you may need to help us and you achieve our company goals and any personal goals you may have.

Finally. stay safe and eyes open as there are many crazy people out there that are attempting to take advantage whenever they see an opportunity. Remember our merchandise is not worth being the hero. I would like to wish all the Loyalty Pawn Family a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year.

Letter from the General Manager

Hello everyone,

Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. Every year, this time is to reflect what it important and what we are thankful for. I’m reminded of a quote about gratitude and thanksgiving. “Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than your current situation – Brian Tracy.

That quote hit home for me and got me thinking what I’m grateful for. I am grateful to those who embrace what Loyalty Pawn has been building. I am thankful for the many individuals who continuously give and sacrifice for the daily freedoms that we get to enjoy. Finally, I am thankful for sound health, my family, and the opportunity I get every day to be my best. What are you grateful or thankful for?

Sales are always a topic of discussion! We always like to highlight the top three salesman. Dominic T 1st place sold $47,914.81. Mark Xiong 2nd place who sold $25,259.92 and Tony Mora 3rd place who sold $22,020.25. Way to go guys! After comparing November 2021 to November 2020, we definitely blew it out of the water this November! We like to follow trends and goal set off of previous year and month. Since 2020 was all over the place, we are delighted to see the business/ sales up-tic.

As the holidays near, one topic of discussion that remains of the upmost importance to Loyalty Pawn is safety and security. Lately, listening to the new you will find far to many things that are generally not positive. We know of industry professionals who have been victims of snatch grab and smash grab crimes. As we continue to limit our clients in the store, please stay vigilant and be award of those who are coming in in multiples. We Do our best to cater to everyone while treating everyone with white glove service. It’s disheartening that there are those who take advantage of small businesses with the intent to steal and harm. Please stay safe everyone and let your store leader know if something doesn’t seem correct or suspicious. To conclude, we are always looking for talented individuals to join the Loyalty Pawn Team. Currently, we have been gathering many resumes and applications. We are fielding those appropriately and scheduling appointments. If you run into anyone who has a sales and customer service background, hand them a card and don’t be afraid to advocate for Loyalty Pawn.

Sincerely,

3

El Camino

Team Loyalty,

Ho, Ho, Ho Tis the season hope everyone is staying safe in these times. It’s pretty alarming and hope everyone is staying vigilant out there. Well in other news team El Camino ended in 2ndplace again 10k behind florin it was a great race. Congrats team florin for taking 1st place but the race continues for the month of December. With overstock of inventory fingers crossed we sell out just due to the shortage of inventory of big box stores. Never thought in a million years that Christmas lights would have a high re-sale value due to the shortage. Loyalty Luxury is fully stocked as well and decorated for the festivities. Also, a big shoutout to Tyrah Walls for hitting her incentive, she’s fast and picks up quick and a great at negotiating a true pawnbroker. Finally, we also like to welcome Andrew Fischer our newest SLA also a fast learner I was blown away on his first day he sold a camera lens and broke down the millimeter info to the customer and why this lens would work for him. Other than having a great team we continue to maintain everyone layaways and try to lock them into a new one. We are middle of the month sales oriented store so lets put on out Christmas hats and do Santa’s work. Merry Christmas everyone and their families and a bright New Year!

Florin Mall

Loyalty Pawn Families,

I hope every had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Well Team Florin did it, we hit our 1-year sales goal. We were shooting for $1 million in sales by the end of December and we hit that goal early. Team Florin was able to hit that goal on Black Friday and we still have a whole month to go. We are now shooting for an all-time high of $1.2 million in sales. I wanted to thank Team Florin for their hard work and continue pushing to make sure we achieve our goal. Team Florin will be celebrating our achievement with dinner at Scots Seafood. Florin is still holding a strong loan balance of $1.6million. Christmas is just around the corner I am very excited to see what all store is going to end with in sales. Please make sure you everyone is paying attention to everyone we let in, being safe and preventing any property lost. Florin is decorated and ready for Christmas. We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I want to give a huge shout out to the Florin team for hitting $1,000,000 in sales! What a great accomplishment and you all should be super proud of hitting such a giant milestone. Awesome job team Florin! With that being said #beatFlorin lol. I know the Roseville team is going to be pushing to take first place in sales for December to set the tone for our sales goal in 2022 to hit that million dollar benchmark. Let’s all have a great December and hit our goals! Fun Fact: US households spent an average of $1,387 during the previous Christmas holiday season. (Deloitte, 2020)

Broadway and West Sacramento

Hello Team,

Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas is upon us, and we are as busy as elves in Santa’s workshop. The Tsunami of loans has arrived. Broadway has seen exponential growth over the past month. A special thanks to our awesome team putting in the hard work it takes to merge two stores. I personally want to extend a special thank you to Tito, Joshua, Kirby and Paul for all the hard work and dedication they have put in over the last two months at Broadway and West Sac. Everyone's individual expertise from the Jewelry repair and custom work of Kirby to Josh's highest level of concierge service is what makes our store a special standout. Of course, Paul and Tito are not to be left out. These gentlemen always come to counter prepared and ready to tackle whatever the day brings. We are looking forward to finishing a few large projects after the holiday to streamline our operations in eBay. Watch out for Broadway in 2021 everyone! May your Holiday's be filled with merry and joy!

December is Give Back Month

Give Back Month

During December, people from all walks of life volunteer their time and share their resources to improve lives and the quality of living of others. Give Back Month celebrates people at their best by acknowledging the generosity and volunteerism that unites people of all ideologies during the month of December.

It recognizes those who tend to the unmet human, educational. health, environmental and public needs of our communities. During Give Back Month, we celebrate donors, volunteers, corporations, foundations and organizations who financially invest in the local, state and national challenges before us. We also highlight civic responsibility and the spirit of community and service through shared values that transcend race, religion, gender, age, disability, region, income and education.

Why Giving Back Is Important

You can change lives.

Based on the need of the person you are giving to, you could actually save someone’s life, be it sending a child to school, or providing food and shelter to a family.

Giving will make you happy.

Donating to charities and helping others has a therapeutic effect and can make you happy. It’s a positive cycle that leads to the betterment of society.

You can help reduce poverty.

Your donations can help to reduce poverty if it’s improving the living conditions of even a single family. Be a part of the change and donate as much as you can!

Safe Toys and Celebrations

You should always consider the age of whomever you are giving a present. For instance, you should avoid toys with small parts when buying for a toddler and ensure the subject matter of the gift is age-appropriate. However, some toys may still be harmful despite being marketed as appropriate for the recipient’s age.

The American Academy of Ophthalmology stresses that projectile toys, especially, have the potential for scraping eyes and even causing cataracts, despite typically being sold as gifts for children ages 15 and younger. The organization acknowledges other dangers inherent with seasonal gift giving and recommends the following precautions:

• Avoid toys with sharp or protruding parts.

• Keep toys for older children away from younger siblings.

• Check toy labels for age and play recommendations

• Make sure children are supervised when playing.

December Moon & Astronomy

Winter Solstice The month of December brings the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. This is the shortest day of the year (the day with the least amount of daylight). In 2021, the solstice occurs on Tuesday, December 21

Full Cold Moon December’s full Moon, the full Cold Moon, appears on Saturday, December 18, reaching peak illumination at 11:37 P.M. EST.
