Dear Alumni and friends of Lakeside Lutheran,

Over the years, you have witnessed God’s blessing upon this school: new programs and curricular offerings, increased building size, and various improvements in campus facilities. Yes, you likely witnessed these changes since 1958 when Lakeside first became a reality.
Witness. That is Lakeside’s biennial theme through the the 2020-2021 school year. Based on Acts 1:8—"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth"—we call upon our students to witness to the world of God’s love through Jesus. That is accomplished in various ways: service time to the federation and our community, Operation GO trips throughout North America, and a growing school presence in Jefferson County, in Wisconsin, and throughout the United States, all ways in which we display our excellent secondary Christian education. Although the names and faces here may have changed since you graduated or first came into contact with the school, the focus of a thoroughly Christ-centered education remains the same. Lakeside educates, equips and encourages our students for faith-filled lives of service on earth that will lead to eternity in heaven. Welcome back for Homecoming, Forever Warriors! I truly hope that you witness a school—still your school—that serves our students, their families, and our federation just as it served you.
