how it works:

Unless called out for a specific purpose, auction proceeds support the ministry of Lakeside Lutheran High School in three areas: student financial aid, building improvement fund, and general operating fund.

Registration & Bidding All bids will be online or mobile entries.

To participate most effectively, download the “Auctria” smartphone app. This tool makes it a breeze to access and follow the online auction event. Receive notifications on your device when you’re outbid or win an item. Access the app when you scan the QR code here (both iOS and Android) or at charityauction.bid/mobile (Scan the QR code with your phone/tablet camera and your device will ask if you want to go to the link destination. Tap yes and your device will take you to the right store.)

If you are at the event in person, some displays will have volunteers who will take your info and enter it for you online. For those who can’t or do not wish to use their own devices, a “Warrior Geek Squad” kiosk is there to assist. Stop there before you browse the offerings to get help.

You are encouraged to bid, buy, and donate. Doing so constitutes a legal contract to purchase that auction item at the price you stated if your bid is the winning bid. The last (highest) valid bid entered prior to the section closing will be the winning bid.

The Auction Committee reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time without notice before the actual sale. In the event of a dispute, the Committee shall act as final authority in determining the winning bid.

Payment & Pick-Up For the best check-out/item pick-up experience, provide credit/debit card info online prior to event OR upon event check-in.

Auction items are available for pick up at the end of the event. Post-event, all won items should be picked up at LLHS April 15-18 from 10-3.

If you cannot pick up, know that shipping costs are added to your winning bid; we let you know. Some items cannot ship. Questions? Email grandevent@llhs.org.

Every Tuesday after school in the LLHS Media Center you can find a group of teens huddled around tables taking part in Lakeside's "I'm Board, Game Club". They play a variety of games, visit and share a bright spot in their week. To this point, all the games have been borrowed from the club advisor's personal game collection and they are hauled back and forth...back and forth...back and forth...you get the idea. They would love to purchase a stash of approximately 20 games that can be kept here at Lakeside for the game club to use on a weekly basis. Operation Go is SIMPLY BLESSED by you!
