saturday, May 9 Our 9th annual Grand Event is open for your LOVEly browsing, bidding, shopping, and support! This annual event provides many different opportunities for those that LOVE Jesus and Lakeside Lutheran to gather for fellowship and fundraising.

We encourage you to invite family and friends to join us this year from the couch and have fun from a distance with our live emcee and entertaining video features.

how it works this year:

Unless called out for a specific purpose, auction proceeds support the ministry of Lakeside Lutheran High School in three areas: student tuition assistance, building debt retirement, and general operating funds.

Online Auction & YouTube Live All items (including Premier Live Features) close at 9:00 pm on May 9 unless otherwise stated, such as: • Raffled items – close at 7:15 pm, winners announced during live event 7-8 pm on May 9 • Premier Live Class Baskets – close at 7:45 pm, winners announced during live event 7-8 pm • Fund-a Needs/Donations – close at 10:00 pm

Registration and Bidding

Registration is required to participate in the online auction. Get started at llhs.org/grandevent You are welcome to bid, buy, and donate. Doing so constitutes a legal contract to purchase that auction item at the price you stated if your bid is the winning bid. The last (highest) valid bid entered prior to the section closing will be the winning bid.

The Auction Committee reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time without notice before the actual sale.

In the event of a dispute, the Committee shall act as final authority in determining the winning bid.

Payment & Pick-Up All won items will be available for pick up at LLHS Wed.–Fri., May 13–15 from 10 am–3 pm; if you cannot arrange for a pick up during those days, please email grandevent@llhs.org. If we need to ship your item(s), know that shipping costs will be in addition to your winning bid; we would let you know what it costs to ship. There may be items that simply cannot ship for one reason or another. If you have any questions about claiming a won item, don’t hesitate to email.

Terms of Sale—Unless otherwise noted, all certificates for goods and services must be used within one year of the auction date. All items and services are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the donors.

All sales are final—No exchanges or refunds. Lakeside Lutheran does not make any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees on auction items regarding quality or value of items or services. Top ten student families receive the best seats in the house, but you can enjoy the service from the next best seats - rows 3 & 4, inside aisle seats for a total of 8 chairs. UPDATE: Unfortunately this seating arrangement will not be possible given the current state mandate. Please know it is under consideration as this is the latest from Principal Grasby: We know that graduation is the culmination of four years of work and sacrifice for students and families alike. We will continue to monitor the conditions. If it is safe and permissible to hold some type of graduation, we will do so. Currently, there are committees of students and parents who are discussing options. However, unless there is a sudden change in the current directive, the scheduled date of May 24 will be delayed, the number of those attending may be limited, the venue could be changed, and so on. It is the school’s intent to give thanks to God for the Class of 2020 in some manner while still heeding the advice of healthcare professionals and observing any applicable laws. STAY TUNED.
