Fill Your Coming Months with Light As we open the New Year, many of us make resolutions—generally to rid ourselves of a bad habit or integrating a new, positive habit into our lives. We look to the beginning of another year as a new, fresh start, and since we are also in the season of Imbolc, it is hard not to envision this time as a time of light, even during the long hours of darkness that surround us.

It can be hard to shed negativity, but still, be inspired to spread light this season (just think of using a flashlight during daylight versus using one at night—envision how much farther the light’s illumination seems to travel when surrounded by darkness!).
