In our lives, we all experience difficulties of one kind or another.

Sometimes, you might wish that life came with a handbook.

Often I am asked, “What should I do?” This is where the angel whispers that I receive come in to help each and every one of you. They become the angel messages that help assist you upon life’s journey.

My name is Maudy Fowler, and ever since I was a little girl, I have been able to communicate with angels. I receive messages from loved ones who have passed away through angels, which is why I call them angel whispers. I am not a psychic or a medium; I am a mystic. Therefore, my world is mysterious, magical, and miraculous.

As a mystic, I am able to connect with angels and those who have gone before us. I am able to go beyond the confines of religion or culture as I connect with angelic beings on a spiritual level. When I receive the whispers of angels, I am able to translate the messages to those left behind here on earth. It is a gift that was given to me that I am thrilled to be able to share with 1

you. At my presentations, I connect with people, pass along angelic messages, and enlighten them so they can continue on their path in life with peace.

Along with the information I receive, the angels have also guided me to some very important people in my life. One very important person is Gail Hunt. She and I attended the same church, and I was able to connect with Gail and pass along heavenly messages to her. The information came at just the right time, as I had been instructed to start my journey and to ask for help. Well, heaven provided Gail to assist me! Ever since we met, Gail has helped me connect with others via presentations. We also travel together and write together.

Gail and I are excited to share information that will help you understand and explore the many interesting facets of how heaven works with us here on earth. This book, Angel Messages, provides inspirational stories of messages I’ve passed along to people here on earth from their loved ones in heaven, like the time at one of the presentations when I encountered a woman named Mary. She was so distraught at the passing of her ninetyyear-old mother that she said to me, “Maudy, I don’t want to live anymore.” I said, “Well, you are not done. You have a mission to complete.” Fortunately her mom, Anita, was now giving me the angel whispers and said in a very stern voice to me for Mary: “My dear, I lived a full life, and you have a lot to do. In fact, your Mr. Right is coming.” Mary burst into tears, and I had to move on to the next person. At the end of the presentation, Mary came to me and said, “I apologize. I’ve been so upset since Mom passed. I will look at life in a more positive light.”

I like to help people turn their luggage into a backpack, and after reading Angel Messages, you will have the tools to do just that. An example of this is when I met Maura, a widow with four houses. Yes, that is correct. She and her husband had a lake house in addition to the home she was living in. She had no children, and she was an only child. She took care of her elderly mother, who had just passed at age ninety-eight, leaving her two more houses. So, Maura came to me not knowing what to do with all of these houses. Truly it seemed to be overwhelming for her. Her mom wasted no time in telling her, “Maura, you are a good and loving daughter. Thank you. Just live one day at a time, and eliminate the houses you don’t want and keep the one you like best.”

Maura said, “Maudy, I have been to you before, and have been making mental notes when something different was happening. Before Mom passed, I found a letter from my dad that was written when I was a lot younger, encouraging me to enjoy life. Now Mom came through with the angel message for me to just eliminate the houses I don’t want, which makes so much sense. It seems like both parents are in agreement for me to just enjoy life. Now I know what to do. Thank you. I feel as if a very big burden was lifted.”

Most of us have to cope with just one house; Maura had an overabundance of homes, and it was easy to see why that was overwhelming. She had learned to see and listen, and I helped her turn her luggage into a backpack that was manageable for her.

Gail and I continue to assist those who are placed in front of us by getting in touch with their spirituality, their understanding of faith, so that they can help others and pay it forward.

The operative word is faith. It is not about religion. It is about simple faith and understanding the strong spiritual connection that you have with heaven.

This book will help you in many ways. It will help you realize that loved ones who have passed are really always with you. You will learn to recognize the subtle signs and messages they are giving you and will continue to give you throughout your lifetime. We will introduce you to love, laughter, and light. We also provide suggestions for you to follow that will empower you on this journey we call life. You will be encouraged to listen to your angel messages for yourself so that your life path becomes very clear to you. All of this can be yours, and this book will help you be re-energized and newly empowered to begin to look at life in a positive and uplifting way.

The Elements of Life In order to change your life and hear your personal messages from heaven, you will need to engage in and practice the seven elements of life: love, honor, respect, patience, courage, forgiveness, and belief. We encourage you to take note of these elements; otherwise you might miss the glorious heavenly signs that will change the course of your life. The lessons and stories presented in this book will focus on love, light, and laughter.

These three elements will empower you and change your life forever.

The chapter of love will focus on how messages from beyond can strengthen and enhance love and faith in our lives.

Love always starts with loving you first, then the world.

Light is the recognition of heavenly guiding signs that are presented to you. With the light chapter, you will be able to feel the light that surrounds you on a daily basis and embrace it.

The laughter chapter brings happiness and joy together.

Laughter is life’s remedy that keeps you moving forward. Forgetting the past and living in the moment of laughter will help you to embrace peace.

The final chapter will empower you to watch for your angel whispers. Physical signs, as well as dreams, will be explored and shared in detail to help you piece together what messages are trying to be revealed to you by the angels.

What Does Maudy Do to Listen to Angel Whispers?

Before we go any further, I wanted to tell you how my gift works.

In presentations, people often ask, “Maudy, how do you receive your messages?” My answer is, “Through strong faith as I walk with heavenly light. I receive the angelic messages often through scents, colors, and vibrations. I manage to do this through conversations that relate to the person’s life experience and make it available for human comprehension. In my mind’s eye, I am presented with images and scenarios that are displayed like the pages of a book. The person’s life is visually presented to me with their past, present, and future endeavors. To me, it is like their life is being fanned and flipped right in front of me; it becomes an open book. It is a very cool thing for me, but most of all, especially helpful for you.”

Through heavenly information, I receive the data from people who are in front of me—their voice, handshake, and embrace will immediately show me the teleprompter of their personal

life. I immediately recognize where their hardship started. Their life story, which I actually see, will let me know what needs to be addressed, what luggage we can take away, and what backpack heaven and I can leave with them. In other words, I can then address the behavior patterns that have worked against them, causing disharmony with their partners, families, or friends their entire life.

In presentations, I am very discreet, and I am told by the angels what I can say and what I cannot. When I am asked questions in reference to a person’s relationships, I am allowed to pull up personality data from the people they date. This allows me to give them information through angel whispers. This background check is sort of a mystical part of my gift. It can only happen when I have the green light to share this information. That’s why sometimes I know and sometimes I don’t know until I need to know from heaven.

Often I ask people, “How long have you known this person?”

The answer to this question lets me know what they can recognize and acknowledge in reference to the information I can share. When I ask them to spell the name, this gives me more information from their loved ones in heaven. They will let me know the inside scoop, so to speak, of their past relationships and their past patterns.

When people choose to date the type of person I call a fixerupper, I explain that these individuals come with luggage. I often tell people that we are not here to fix others but to help them and present different views. Their life is choices, and I am able to give them a new way of looking at life. Sometimes our

choices work against us, and only then can we re-examine our patterns so we realize what will work with us and against us.

I Am a Telemarketer for Heaven In presentations, Gail opens up the introduction by telling the story of how we met and also, briefly, how my gift works. Then she talks about our books and highlights what she feels would help the group from the philosophy of our books. Then, I take over the conversation with the inspirational philosophy segment in how life can work with you and for you. I also explain that as a hardship reliever we—heaven and me—will turn your luggage into a backpack. This way, as you travel through life you will be lighter.

After this philosophy segment, the presentation is opened for general questions about anything I said or about Gail or me. It is very rare that anyone asks about me or even anything that I presented, as people are anxious to hear answers to their personal questions. On occasion, we find a few people who are interested in the philosophy and in the knowledge and wisdom component of the presentation, and these are the people who might be interested in my life. Many of those people ask me how my journey helping people started. I would love to share my story with you …

Prior to moving to North Carolina, my family lived in Montana. My daughter was on a short vacation visiting South Carolina and said, “Mom, we have to move to South Carolina; it is just like Holland.” (For those of you who don’t know, I was born and raised in Holland, but more on that later.) I had lived most of my adult life as an Army wife, so the word moving sent

shivers down my spine, like feeling an arctic front coming in.

My first comment was, “Oh honey, I don’t speak French. There is no ‘oui’ in this scenario. If you love it, you move there.” But, my husband heard our conversation and got very excited. He started discussing the positive possibilities, and suddenly we were moving to the East Coast.

We packed up and made our way to South Carolina. There we lived with family for three months while my husband was searching for a job. With this blind move, so to speak, we had packed all of our boxes with the powerful word faith and the thought to let go and let God. When my husband got a job with a bank in North Carolina, we moved again. No matter how you look at it, moving is always frustrating, unless you are one of those fortunate people who has someone pack for you and does the moving with a large truck. If it is done for you, this is very nice.

When we were finally in our new house, I thought my phone was broken or there was something wrong with the connection, because it didn’t ring. When you move to a new place where no one knows you, you might not get calls right away because many times people respect the time to unpack and get settled.

After days and weeks, the phone finally rang, and I was jumping for joy and happy that there was nothing wrong with the phone.

And guess who called—telemarketers.

To tell you the truth, I was just so happy to have someone on the phone. I was actually talking to a live person! The very first phone call I received was from a diagnostic company call center somewhere in Florida. The woman on the phone was excited that I was excited, but I wasn’t excited for the product she wanted to sell me. Instead, my excitement was the good news for her.

I was so anxious to tell her the good news that I could hardly wait until she was done reading the lines on her paper with all the selling points. Her name was Linda, and when she was done talking I told her that she had forgotten the warranty notice on the other side of the paper. After a short pause, she said, “How did you know that?” Then she told me that she had just started this job.

I explained to her about my gift and told her that her voice was my frequency to tune in to heavenly messages for her. It was like I knew her, but I didn’t. I told her that I actually do what she does, except I am a telemarketer for heaven—a telemarketer who gives instead of sells. Once I explained it all, I asked her to call me back from her home phone, as I knew that these calls were recorded and I didn’t want to get Linda in trouble. In the evening, she did call back. She was very curious and intrigued, so I shared angel whispers with her and explained that her world was going to change rapidly and that her work now was just a springboard to a better job. I told her that she was going to go into event planning and be in charge of fundraising.

Three weeks later, Linda called me back and shared the good news that it all came to pass. She moved on and was approached by a friend of a friend who was in the event planning and fundraising business. She couldn’t believe how on point my angel whispers were. She said she was going to tell everyone about it.

My world of assisting people then escalated. Soon, I was talking to many people from Linda’s previous telemarketing company as well as their families and their friends—all in different places, states, and countries. After the initial contact with

Linda, my phone kept ringing off the hook. Yes, this was a reminder to be very careful of what you think about and pray for!

Heaven always hears our prayers, even our whispers. I was suddenly so busy, I didn’t know what I was going to do. But I knew I had to have faith. I submitted a prayer to heaven to send someone to assist me on this mission and accompany me on my journey. My actual request was for someone who could go two by two on this beautiful life journey upon which I was about to embark. Oh boy, was I glad and blessed that the journey continued with Gail coming into my life—a prayer answered.

Angel Whispers Are Never a Burden People often ask, “Maudy, don’t you see your gift sometimes as a burden when you know things that you cannot share?” My answer is usually, “I am here on heaven’s behalf, and, therefore, I cannot make people’s problems my problem. I am here to give guidance and assistance. I really do practice what I teach.”

I often think back to the tragic event of September 11, 2001, and the way heaven called me to the order. About one week before 9/11, I remember sitting on my front porch on an absolutely beautiful evening, looking up to the sky. There was a white circle around the moon, and for some strange reason I was overpowered by tremendous happiness. I received a message through angel whispers that the white circle meant a big celebration was going to take place, like a reunion, and in a flash of a second I saw people holding hands and I could sense their happiness.

In the week that followed, I was feeling very cold, so I thought I was coming down with some sort of a virus. I also felt a different

sadness and couldn’t explain why. Then the horrible 9/11 events took place, and I saw the tragedy unfold on television. I needed to get away from the television, because of the sadness of it all, so I went into my car, drove around, and found a quiet place in a parking lot. I prayed to God, “Why didn’t You let me speak up during this time? Could I have prevented this from happening?” I felt sad and felt the sadness from the people, but for some strange reason I also had a happiness coming over me. I sensed the strong reunion of those who were in heaven.

Then I prayed, “Okay, dear Lord, what do I do now?” I thought maybe it would do me good to walk around in a store.

So, I went to the Dollar Store, where I am a frequent visitor. As I walked inside, I saw Marie, the store clerk. We often chat, so I asked Marie how she was doing. She said, “You know that everyone is so sad about today.”

“Yes,” I said. “It is so strange. The store is so empty; I feel so empty.” Then Marie said, “Hold on. I have to go to the storage room. I’ll be right back with you.”

I had picked up a card, and I waited for Marie to check me out. When she came back, she looked right at me and said, “All will be well.” I looked at Marie and it was like it wasn’t Marie. Then she looked at me with strict and stern eyes and said, “Maudy, attend to those whom you need to attend to, as it is your mission.” Marie’s eyes became very strong and commanding, and then she told me, “Go home and pray.”

I knew at that moment in time that an angel was speaking through Marie. I had the familiar goose bumps and felt I’d been called to the order by heaven. The interesting thing was, Marie always called me Mrs. Fowler; she didn’t know my first name.

I was stunned, and at that time I ran for the door and left my merchandise in the store. Driving home, all the scenarios in what I needed to feel and see made sense.

I prayed as I was told to do through this beautiful lady by the name of Marie. That day the acceptance with love for my gift became stronger. I came to understand that I am here for God’s people on heaven’s behalf. Remember, God qualifies the called; he does not call the qualified. We all have to live in a way that those who know you will come to know God because they know you.

How Heaven Communicates with You through Me In my world of relaying messages and interpretation, I have to have clarity of mind at all times, as I have to address the message and to say it the way that I hear it. I live to see the face of God, therefore I am responsible for what I say. When people ask questions, I am able to hear for them, as I am the link for the three-way calling. I cannot ask your loved ones questions, instead I am only here to listen and pass on the message to help you move forward.

There are also times when I receive a message and cannot share it because the person is not quite ready for whatever reason. I then direct it in a different way, as I am instructed to do.

It’s not what I say but how I say it. I share how I receive the messages, so you have a clear understanding of how it might work in your world. This book will take you to a different level of comprehension. Take the information step by step from the top, this way you won’t miss how to tune in, as it all starts with you

and the clarity of your mind. Remember, the more you know the better you do.

I deliver exactly what I hear to assist you with your immediate situation, and future help always follows. Therefore, many times we encounter situations, like the following stories, that have solutions very clear to heaven, but they don’t become clear to us until well after the fact.

How I Navigate You …

Many people just don’t know what they are in for when they meet me, and rightfully so, because those who are placed in front of me have no idea what I am going to say, and neither do I! I don’t know what I’m going to say until I hear what needs to be said.

In the years of our outreach, Gail and I have been visiting many people by holding presentations and seminars at private home settings. We do this for people from all walks of life, and, regardless of status, it is often a road of big sighs.

There are times that I hear that I have to wait to relay information because the person in front of me is not ready to hear it. In these cases, the news has to be put on hold. There are different reasons for this. It might be that the person might turn to different emotions, such as panic and fear, that can trigger anxiety or a health situation, and it would not be good at this point to share this particular information.

Another reason for information being put on hold is that sometimes people are comfortable being uncomfortable in their situation. Even though they came for answers and solutions, it’s often a personal resistance, such as not wanting to live

up to their own commitment. I then look up to heaven asking, “Okay. Now, how do I navigate this stubborn cookie?” Many times, this happens the second or third time I meet a person who has been that difficult cookie, who is ready to crumble due to life circumstances and is now ready to hear and act upon angel whispers that are delivered.

I am actually told when to release the hold so I can relate the information to the person, and I do it in the proper time appointed. You often hear me speak in the philosophy segment that you only hear positive news from us (heaven and me). That we actually present you with choices and that we can protect you, but we cannot protect you from you through your choices.

In other words, even though people come to me for answers and solutions, they must be ready to accept the angel whispers.

We also ask you kindly to stick with your heavenly instructions and whatever you do to follow through. Why heaven and I say this is because this way you will speed up your walk to the road of happiness. When one does not follow through, one will take a detour on that particular journey and can face hardships that will challenge their strength. Therefore, I often add in the conversation that nothing comes from me, and the news shared comes straight from heaven through my voice. I just listen for all of you, as I am on the long distance, three-way calls that have been called in.

Heaven is very good to me. The angels go easy on me, meaning they always have a way of navigating me when people become stubborn or for some reason are unable to accept the angel whispers that are being presented. It’s a little hard to explain, but heaven will give me choices to present to people. When I

hear news that will prevent people from severe hardship, I need to shift the conversation because, again, they might not be ready to hear this. The hardship levels can include: facing a possible bankruptcy or the loss of their house, a fraud situation by a person they supposedly trusted, or a loving husband who is not so loving, just to mention a few scenarios. The phrase “It’s not what I say, but how I say it” is how I navigate a particular conversation to gently help you to recognize and come to realization, as we are only here to help you move forward.

I am always eager to help everyone who is placed in front of me. My explanation of me and my gift and how I help individuals should help you to understand how my world as a mystic works. This book will open up a new world of understanding to you about your life and those around you. It will help you solve your own problems in these difficult times with knowledge that you are being helped all the time by heavenly beings and are never alone.

I have worked with Gail for more than fifteen years, and we are coming to people’s aid, providing assistance and relieving the intense hardship for so many of you. I continue working for heaven’s call center and am often dialed in with calls waiting.

We hope you will enjoy reading this powerful book and that it will provide the love, light, and laughter that you deserve to enjoy the beautiful life you have been given. May it give you more insight through simplicity and common sense, a little glimpse behind the scenes of heaven, and answers that go above and beyond to hear your own angel whispers and recognize the language of powerful love. Getting Acquainted with Heaven

Heaven is a real place, a real destination. People often ask me, “What is heaven like?” I know everyone wants me to give an address, but that isn’t possible. I can tell you that through angel whispers that I receive, I have been informed that heaven is a place where only love, truth, and true happiness exist. There is no more suffering, only joy. It is a peaceful place where we will meet and greet our loved ones and our beloved pets who have passed before us.

Heaven is on a different level, one that we are unable to see, but people who are in spirit in heaven can certainly see us. I have been privileged to pull back the veil of heaven for you through these angel whispers. In this chapter, we will explore what heaven is like, what happens when we get there, and who we will meet there.

Chapter One

What Heaven Is Like Heaven provides many mansions with lots of heavenly rooms. I have seen the mansions and rooms that your loved ones might be entering. They are beautiful beyond description. Many people ask me about the room their parents, friends, or siblings have entered in heaven. Because there are many mansions, obviously you have many rooms. This simply means that a person who passes will enter one of those mansions with like-minded people and be totally surrounded with love.

In heaven, all of life’s burdens are gone. Many times, such as when someone commits suicide, the only way they can get out of that particular mansion and in their own room is to assist someone here on earth who has the same thoughts. I have experienced through presentations and angel whispers that once this spirit has assisted the depressed person, through a friend or relative, they are able to move to another room in another mansion. In our own world, we would call it a promotion.

Such is the case with Janet and Tom. It was a privilege for me to address these parents who had lost a son, Michael, to suicide. I was able to inform them that Michael had advanced to another mansion because he helped John, his cousin, to get rid of those negative thoughts by going to counseling. John also moved away from the people he had befriended who were adding to his depression. It was because of Michael doing work from heaven to help John here on earth that he actually was able to move out of that mansion into another.

Getting Acquainted with Heaven

Colors in Heaven Heaven is full of beautiful things and the brightest colors you could imagine, and some colors that have no name that only heaven can produce. Many times, I am allowed to see various colors in heaven. I want to explain that when you have a dream of heaven, the colors you see there are real. This is your veil being lifted so you can see. However, you are only able to see these colors for a few seconds, and then you have to go back to your earthly life.

Gail told me about a dream she had with a rainbow of colors.

Since Gail is an artist, all colors have names. Gail said, “Maudy, I knew the names of some of these colors, and other colors were so beautiful. They were pulsating and beautiful beyond belief.

Yet I could not place a name to them.”

What Gail has described is how I see colors presented to me by heaven. The colors are truly indescribable; we can only equate them with colors that we know here on earth. Colors are important because they lift the spirit, and what’s better than to have an understanding of heavenly colors that delight your spirit.

Heaven’s Timing In heaven there is no time, and I am forever reminded of that through the angel whispers that I receive. Time simply does not exist. The way to describe it is that there is an eternal feeling of living forever, and we actually do that in spirit.

This is why sometimes I may obtain angel whispers from several generations back, and even on a few occasions back several hundred years, in presentations. It is always amazing to me

who comes forward to assist the person left here on earth. I am always learning and always awed by what heaven shows me and by the angel whispers that I am to deliver.

My mission is to relieve hardship. I am not the person who finds lost pets, lost keys, or, I’m sad to say, even lost people.

I am simply here to relieve depression and the hardship that surrounds individuals so that they live more productive lives.

Sometimes people are held up by one small thing and it makes them miserable for years.

On very rare occasions, I am asked to help with unusual situations because they are presented directly to me. This happened when I first moved to North Carolina in 1998. There was a missing girl named Katherine on the front page of the local newspaper. I was drawn to this picture and was given angel whispers about this girl. I told my husband about this and said, “This is not my mission, but I have information and I need to give it to someone.” I felt a great push from heaven to help somehow. My husband encouraged me and said, “Do what you need to do if you think you can help.” Then he said, “Why don’t you speak with Tony, the police officer we bought the house from?” That seemed to be the right direction.

So I got Tony’s phone number and called him the next morning. I started to explain my gift and said, “I have some information in reference to the missing girl, Katharine, that was on the front page of the newspaper yesterday. I am not a psychic, but I do have the gift of prophecy.” He stopped me right there and said, “Wait, you don’t have to go any further. I believe your gift is real. The department in the past has worked with psychics, and even though you aren’t one, I believe you. I will

have Officer Susan Smith call you to get the info you have.” Well, within an hour, Officer Susan Smith was at my door with notepad in hand.

Through angel whispers I was given the name of the man who was involved in this case, plus the first three numbers of his license plate. I continued to talk with Officer Smith, and during our conversation I said, “Even though I am giving this info to you, you will not continue on this case. California will take over.”

Officer Smith was very firm and said, “No, this is my case.”

Well, within two weeks, Officer Smith called back and let me know that what I told her was exactly what happened. The information I gave to her was followed immediately, and the trail led to California. However, the man had vanished and it was now a California investigation.

Through angel whispers from Katharine, she was pleased that I had delivered the information I received. She told me, “Maudy, thank you. Someday you will meet members of my family.” This was in 1998, and I have kept her picture in my planner ever since. I am aware that in heaven there is no time, so I simply accepted that at some point what she said would happen.

In July 2013, Gail and I had a rather large presentation in a home in our state. We proceeded as usual, introducing our book, teaching, answering questions, then gave personal encounters for everyone. We never know in advance who arrives at each presentation, it is always up to the host or hostess.

When I got to Margaret, she was about the seventh person to receive a personal encounter. Her question was, “Will I do well in my job?” I asked her, “What do you do?” She said, “I work in

investment properties for a local bank.” Then I received angel whispers that Margaret was going to travel the world, as she had always wanted to. I said, “Well, this message has nothing to do with the bank, but you will travel the world, and one of your first stops is Nova Scotia. You will write an article, plus take pictures there for a magazine.” Margaret said, “Well, I want to live in different countries in Europe, but I don’t want to go to Nova Scotia. It simply isn’t on my list.” I said, “Well, it’s your choice, but I believe you are going there. Angel whispers are always on target. By the way, why didn’t you ask about your sister?

She is giving me the messages.” She looked at me in shock and said, “My sister’s name is Katharine.” The woman next to Margaret was her sister Mary, and they both started to cry. Heaven certainly keeps promises. I met Katharine’s sisters that day, and she helped both sisters and fulfilled her promise to me, all in heaven’s time.

Then in November 2013, Gail and I were on a US Airways flight to Phoenix, Arizona, when I picked up a magazine. I was in shock and showed it to Gail. There was an article written by Margaret with photos about Nova Scotia. Heaven works in mysterious ways to show us how angel whispers are always correct and on point. Because there is no time in heaven, many times, we simply have to exercise patience.

Heavenly Near-Death Experience We met Rhonda several years ago, and we have traveled to give many presentations for herself and her friends in her home.

Recently she came to a presentation in our area, and we were delighted to see her again. Rhonda had endured much hardship

previously, and she was able to pull herself out of a very harmful relationship, but she was still healing. I had helped her through an awful divorce and other issues, and she finally got herself on the right path. So seeing her in person again, after so long, was a special delight.

I asked how she was doing. Rhonda said, “Well, Maudy, I want to thank you for helping me with my personal issues. I followed all the instructions of every angel whisper you gave to me, and I was able to resolve everything peacefully. However, after my divorce I ended up having unexpected emergency surgery, and I almost died. Apparently, I was allergic to something that was given to me during surgery. According to the doctors, it was a touch-and-go situation. They were not sure if they could revive me. The only way I can explain it is that I was not reachable for about twenty minutes. I had a near-death experience.”

I asked Rhonda to share her near-death experience. Rhonda said, “First of all, there was a beautiful bright tunnel I was drawn to. I was not afraid at all, just peaceful, and I could feel love all around me. Then, I noticed I was accompanied by a brilliant heavenly being. I was told: ‘Rhonda you have endured a lot in life.

You have to go back to earth; now you are ready for your mission.

You must reach out and help others and you will have help.’

“I did notice the beautiful surroundings; however, the one thing that was prominent was that I had to come back to earth.

Finally, the medical team was able to revive me, and I was in the hospital for another three days. The doctors were anxious to make sure all my vital signs were in order, and they were. When I was able to speak, I told everyone I met about what happened

to me. Now I know you get this question all the time, Maudy, but why did this happen to me?”

“Well, Rhonda, I am not exactly sure why people have neardeath experiences, but I can tell you that you survived to tell us that heaven is a real destination and a very special place we should all strive for. I can tell you through angel whispers that a nun who is going to help you throughout your life is accompanying you. Also, you will work with people to help relieve fear. You will go to groups like this one tonight to talk to others about your experience and impress upon them not to be fearful and to do good works throughout their lives to assist others.

This is your new mission. Welcome back.”

Rhonda got up, hugged me, and then turned to the group and said, “There is an eternity, there is a heaven, and it is beautiful beyond human description.” Then she sat down again with tears running down her cheeks.

We never know why someone is chosen to have a near-death experience, but it is decided by heaven. In Rhonda’s case, her life was haunted by a miserable divorce and very serious problems with her ex-husband and even her children, which caused her a lot of stress. I believe she had this experience because she needed to feel a sense of purpose and empowerment in order to complete her mission here.

We hope all of you appreciate the story and know that this was part of heaven’s plan to help Rhonda go forward without fear to help others. This message was very clear, and we hope that you accomplish this in your own life, perhaps without the near-death experience, but instead through prayer and meditation.

Tunnel of Light Toward Heaven One evening, we had a large presentation with lots of people.

Each and every story was so terrific, but even when there is a large group, you always have one story that is outstanding. We met Maria at such a presentation. Maria’s husband Paolo had passed about two years before. Maria felt she was stuck in the past and was trying to go forward.

I asked her, “Did your husband have a tight chest?” She answered, “Yes. About two years before he passed he had a massive heart attack, and the doctors felt he wouldn’t live. Oh, he was also a doctor.” Maria continued to tell her story and said that she was sitting by her husband’s bed, calling his name. When he woke up three days later, he said to her, “Maria, I was in a tunnel and there was a lot of light and beautiful different colors, and it was very peaceful.” Maria said, “What happened?” Paolo said, “It was home, and I came back, because you kept calling my name. Next time, do not call my name.” He did recover, and as a result of this near-death experience he was going to make his clinic much bigger to accommodate more people. It had been his heavenly message to continue his mission here on earth. A few years after this experience, he was diagnosed with cancer and passed.

I said, “Your husband wants you to know how much he loves you. He never left you, and he likes the fact that you are still working and that you continue to help people. He is walking the wards. What does that mean, Maria?”

“Oh, well, after his near-death experience, we expanded our clinic. Now it is quite large, with several sections, or wards. I still work there as a nurse,” she replied.

I continued, “Well, it is amazing. You will have three people come into the clinic who have cancer, and he will help them to extend their lives. All three will be healed from heaven. Because he was such a good doctor, this will be allowed to happen here on earth. Maria, you will meet them and somehow you will know that it is because of your husband that these three people are healed. It will be very clear to you that this is a miracle for these individuals, and you will recognize our conversation when this happens. I don’t know why these particular individuals, just that it will be three.”

It is amazing how heaven allows me to see these things too and the doctor was very clear in his answer. For many people, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

What We Are Like in Heaven I am frequently asked, “How is my mom or dad doing in heaven?” My answer is always, “Well, it is here on earth that we might ask, ‘How are we doing?’ Because in heaven there is only love, truth, and happiness.” There is no pain in heaven, and people are whole in body and mind. They do not carry grudges; they are not angry. Only happiness and love lives in heaven.

Our Heavenly Bodies Angel whispers have assured me that everyone in heaven is whole of body. If a person came into this world with any debilitating disease, they reach heaven totally whole. For example, I met Harry and Ingrid. Their firstborn child was born with too many health issues to mention. The doctors had informed them at birth that their child would only live a few months. He lived

to age six with constant care being given by his parents. After he passed, they said to me, “Maudy, we don’t know if Kevin ever knew who we were.” At that point, Kevin, through angel whispers, said, “Thank you, Mom and Dad. Thanks for caring for me. It was simply my mission. I love you.”

If a person had an awful accident, like losing a limb, when they get to heaven everything is restored. The person has 100 percent mind and body restoration. It is just how it is. At a recent presentation, through angel whispers, I heard from Jacob, who was trying to get a message across to his daughter. I said, “Mr. Jacob is pointing to his leg.” Annette, his daughter, said, “His leg was amputated a few years before his death.” I then said, “Well, he wants you to know that even though the diabetes took his leg, he is whole again. He appreciated what you did for him, and he loves you.”

Age in Heaven I also know through angel whispers that everyone in heaven is about age thirty, unless they passed as children. Adults in heaven have bodies that are totally healthy, and they look young. If Mom or Dad was ninety-seven when s/he passed, they now are thirty and have their black, brown, red, or blond hair. No gray or white, and no box of Clairol is needed. They do not use a cane or any other help to walk. They are physically young in body.

However, when a child dies they do not advance in age.

Recently, I had a mom tell me that her children were thirty, twenty-seven, and twenty-five years old. I asked her about the four-year-old, and she insisted her child was twenty-seven years

old. I kept seeing a four-year-old beside a pond and didn’t know who he was.

Finally, through her sobbing and tears, she told me that her son drowned in a pond at age four, but he would have been twenty-seven now had he lived. Children do not grow in age in heaven. Children who have passed have actually completed their mission on earth. Their life was not cut short. These children are pure spirits—angels that are sent to us for a short period of time. They came with a specific mission to accomplish and to love and be loved by those around them. These little ones, from heaven, can continue to help those left behind here on earth.

Usually when I hear the stories of parents who have lost children, I hear the trumpet call. The trumpet call is heaven’s way of telling me that these children are called back to heaven upon completion of their mission. It is at this point that I am fully aware of why this child was sent to earth, and I describe it as a heavenly recall.

Heavenly Abilities One thing I would like to point out is that when a person is in spirit and has reached their heavenly home they have capabilities that are very unique. Once at a presentation, we had two sisters who were very close to each other and to Mom. Mom had passed six months prior and, naturally, they were still very sad.

Both expressed to me that they had dreams about Mom. In particular, they had a dream about Mom on the same night. They were different dreams and Mom was comforting each of them.

One sister said to the other at the presentation, “That is impossible. Mom can only be one place at once.” This is when their

mom made it very clear to me through angel whispers that in heaven with permission from our higher power we can be in several places at once to comfort our loved ones. So I explained to these young women what their mom was saying to soothe their minds and hearts.

I thought that was the greatest thing ever. As a human, we might not fully understand this concept, however, that was only one of several presentations where angels gave me messages and told me that the spirit was in more than one place at once either in a dream or in a vision to loved ones.

The Language of Love In heaven, our loved ones don’t speak the language they had here on earth. Everything is done by telepathy. Heaven is rather funny with me, however, because many times at presentations people from various ethnic groups will give me a sentence in their earthly language—sometimes Spanish, Mandarin, and so many other languages—to relate to the person in front of me. But, I only speak Dutch, English, and a little German. This sentence from the heavenly spirit helps the person at the presentation identify and pay special attention to the angel whispers delivered through me for them. It is rather amusing and always enlightening.

Ranks in Heaven Just as angels have different ranks, people who have passed and are in spirit also have ranks in heaven, and therefore once promoted they could advance to another mansion, if heaven sees it necessary. These ranks are established by levels of accomplishment. Part

of this rank was established on earth, the remainder can be done in heaven.

Children who pass, on the other hand, always have a high rank because they are pure spirits. They too, with approval, can have the privilege of helping those left behind here on earth.

For example, when I say, “The person’s spirit is in heaven and can do heavenly work here on earth,� this simply means that the spirit has requested to assist us here on earth. If that request is granted by a higher being, the spirit can continue and could eventually be granted a higher rank later. I never know when this is done, just that it is.

When We Enter Heaven Once we arrive in heaven, there is an initial forty-day review. I refer to this as the forty-day shower of love that we all have to go through. The seven elements of love, honor, respect, patience, courage, forgiveness, and belief are part of this review.

Some of the things in heaven that we will have to be reviewed for is: How did we accomplish the seven elements in our own lives? What do we still need to work on? Did we totally forget love for ourselves, or whatever element we might have been lacking, or not accomplished enough while on earth? As a spirit in heaven, we can accomplish all of this through doing earthly work from heaven for those left behind here on earth.

Work in Heaven Through angel whispers, I have been made aware that once we arrive in heaven, we are assigned jobs to do. Not work as you know it but things that will enlighten your spirit being. For ex-

ample, some people might need to work on forgiveness and will be assigned to assist and guide someone here on earth until that person has full understanding of forgiveness. Each assignment is never fully known until you arrive at heaven’s gate.

Many times I am told what the spirit who has passed needed to work on, and I am given a brief glimpse of their heavenly assignment. It is through this process that the spirit continues to blossom and advance in heaven so they can do wonderful things for us here on earth. Our simple acts of kindness are always acknowledged by heaven.

It is brought to my attention all the time that people in heaven are working. That does not mean they punch a time clock, but they are working. People who pass and are in spirit have very busy lives trying to help us here on earth and to complete whatever assignments they need to accomplish to make sure that all their boxes are checked on their own resume of the seven elements.

It may have been a wish of the person who passed to continue to help mankind, and if granted, new ideas and inventions occur. This can be done in any facet: in art, music, or technology. They can pass this new idea or new invention on via telepathy to someone here on earth to introduce to the world. The spirit in heaven is allowed to do this to help mankind.

Once at a presentation, I was given a message from Frank for his son Justin, who was an engineer. Frank gave me an actual formula to give to his son. This had never happened before. So I listened to the angel whispers and immediately wrote the formula on a piece of paper and gave it to Justin. Then Frank, also an engineer while here on earth, proceeded to say, “Justin, I am proud of you. Here is the formula that you have been trying to work out. I

worked it out for you. You will help many people with your new invention. Thank you. I love you.”

Justin looked at me, and he was speechless with tears in his eyes. It was a very long formula and of course, I couldn’t say it out loud because there were other engineers in the room. Justin thanked me and said, “This is exactly what I have been praying for and looking for.” Then looking up he said, “Thanks, Dad.” This is an example of how heaven can work out the details and then present it to someone here on earth to assist and help mankind. That was one of the most profound things I have ever experienced, and something I had never dealt with. However, heaven is always on time, and this helped Justin to go forward.

Unseen Help Those who have passed, once approved by heaven, actually work unseen to the visible eye. They are right beside us on our earthly journey, and they help us if we allow them to do so. I’ve told people many times that the person who has passed can actually do more for us from heaven than they were able to do here on earth. So never be concerned about asking for their help; they are eager to help you.

Another thing I have learned is that many times we get heavenly help from someone we might not know. For example, during a presentation I learned through angel whispers that a woman had been in a near-fatal car accident. I was told by the driver, Susan, that the officer in charge had commented that he really didn’t know how she made it out alive. The car had rolled over several times and most of the damage was on her side, yet she walked away from the crash unharmed.
