All goods & services are offered on an “as is” basis, (iv) makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, as to any of the goods or services, and (v) expressly disclaim any responsibility for repairing or replacing any defective merchandise or for any refunds.
The winning bidder of a vacation home at the Auction is a guest in a private home that has been graciously donated to the Auction. Guests should be mindful that the homeowners, often Lamplighter parents, are not landlords and receive nothing in return for their donation. Guests must leave the home in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.
1. The homeowner will provide the winning bidder with a reasonable number of dates from which to choose, between February 2026 and February 2027, unless otherwise stated in the donation contract. The winning bidder will inform the homeowner in writing of the dates when the winning bidder will be able to use the home. The homeowner will work with the winning bidder to establish a mutually convenient date.
2. The homeowner will be asked to provide the winning bidder with written instructions for the use of the vacation home. Please read these instructions and abide by them, as failure to do so may damage the home and deprive the School of use of the home for future auctions.
3. Vacation homes and trips are donated for ADULTS or FAMILY use only. Please abide by the restrictions of the donor. The winning bidder is responsible to pay all cleaning fees. Any damages incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to reimburse the homeowner. Lamplighter will not be responsible to cover any cleaning or damage fees.
4. If children are allowed as guests, parents or caregivers are expected to watch their children at all times to ensure that the children do not cause damage or injury to the home or themselves.
5. The guest may not transfer the purchase of the vacation home to others without written permission of the homeowner.
6. All additional reservations, bookings, and activities during the stay must be arranged and managed directly by the auction winner, unless otherwise noted.
7. A copy of these guidelines will be provided to you upon winning for your signature.

NASA TRAINING FACILITY TOUR FOR 10 PEOPLE
Ready to go behind the scenes where history is made? International Preparedness Associates, Inc. (IPA) is offering an out-of-this-world opportunity for 10 lucky explorers to tour NASA’s premier astronaut training facilities in Houston, Texas on Friday, April 17, 2026! At The Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory located at the Sonny Carter Training Facility, view the massive underwater lab where astronauts practice spacewalks in “zero-g.” A perfect field trip for space-obsessed students, this is your chance to see how humans prepare for the stars!
The tour may also include Space Vehicle Mockup Facility and Mission Control at the Johnson Space Center.
