Журнал Jet Set о роскошной жизни и гольфе, после своей 6-и летней успешной карьеры в Венгрии, наконец-то вышел на международную арену. В начале апреля 2014 года был издан первый русско-английский вариант нашего журнала, выпускаемого в Венгрии на английском и венгерском языках, под названием Jet Set Côte d’Azur. А тот, что вы сейчас держите в своих руках, является вторым выпуском. В течении туристического сезона журнал выходит 3 раза, а именно, весной, летом, осенью. After six years of success in Hungary, Jet Set golf and luxury lifestyle magazine has entered the international arena. At the beginning of April the Hungarian/English dual-language magazine, which is distributed in Hungary, appeared for the first time in a Russian/English version on the French Riviera with the title Jet Set Côte d’Azur, and now this is the second edition.

The magazine will appear three times during the tourist season, with spring, summer and autumn editions.

The publication is being distributed free to tourists and wealthy foreigners living on the French Riviera in the regions of Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Villeneuve-Leubet, Cagnessur-Mer, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Cap d’Ail, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Monaco. It can also be accessed in page-turning format on the www.jetsetmagazin.com website and we have mobil and tablet applications as well.

Jet Set Côte d’Azur reached the super rich business people at this year’s in May during the Monaco Formula-1 Grand Prix, since the magazine was available on board at the super yacht hospitality events organised by My Yacht Group, so guests can thumb through and read it in their free moments while enjoying champagne. On the eve of the Formula-1 Grand Prix My Yacht Group organises a royal party on the 55.4-metre, tri-deck Turqouise ultra luxury super yacht.The HSH Albert II puts in an appearance every year, the prince was there this year as well.

Vacheron Constantin luxury watches are also available in France. Lady Kalla, the type ornamented with diamonds, can be ordered for example, that costs converted 600 000 Euro. But may point out a piece in the showcase in the store, if the customer is not so patient, there are masterpieces for 400 000 Euro.

Beside Patek Philip, Vacheron Constantin is the most elegant trademark in Europe with the largest prestige – and sure is the most expensive one.

В Австралии открылось самое длинное гольфовое поле в мире. Это поле сохранило свои природные данные, здесь нет искусственных маленьких озер, которыми обычно сопровождаются гольфовые поля для занимающихся спортом любителей роскошной жизни, зато здесь, за многодневный поход можем играть в гольф, пройдя более 1 000 километров, по пути встречаясь с кенгуру и плавая с дельфинами. Самое длинное гольфовое поле в мире, пожалуй, испытывает любителей игры в гольф, как на выдержку, так и на выносливость. Австралийское гольфовое поле Nullarbor, протяженностью 1367 километров расположено между Kalgoorlie, находящимся в южной части континента и Ceduna, лежащим на западном побережье. Большинство лунок размещено рядом с бензозаправками и мотелями, в основном по пути с заброшенными автодорогами. Самая маленькая лошадь в мире Лена, к своим 2 годам, выросла всего на 40 см. Она уже не станет выше, только расширится. Хозяин миниатюрной лошадки Тамаш Винце сказал, что стоимость данной экстра маленькой пони начинается с 1500 евро. Эти животные не просят много еды: одна горсть сена и 100 граммов комбикорма на весь день. Как награда за хорошее поведение - сушеный банан. Взрослая лошадка весит 18-20 кг, как и в момент ее рождения. Родословная Лены очень знатная и благодаря чистокровности предков она такая маленькая. Малютка пони, в первую очередь, является украшением конюшни. Иногда, на радость детям, на ней можно покататься! Правда, из-за ее параметров она может катать детей только до 4 лет.

World’s Smallest Pony

On reaching the age of two, at only 40 centimetres tall, Léna became technically the smallest pony in the world. At this age, horses of Léna’s breed, have already reached full height and from now will only grow wider. Shetland ponies, also known as ’extra mini’ or ’dog ponies’ are usually sold with a starting price of about 1500 Euros.

These animals do not require much nutrition or feeding and are content with a handful of a day and their favourite is dried bananas.

An adult horse weighs 18 to 20 kg.

1367 km long course

The world longest golf course has opened in Australia. On the more then 1000 km long course there are no artificial lakes, but it is very natural, anybody can meet with kangoroos or swim together with dolphins during the run.

The course, called Nullarbor is 1367 km long, it is between the Kalgoorlie (South Australia) and Ceduna (West Australia) cities. The holes are based mainly nearby fuel stations and motels close to roads which are not used frequently by the locals. The main purpose of the long golf course is to make promotion for the territory which is not very attractive by the way, to create more tourism.

В мини-государстве с каждым годом устраивают всё больше больших спортивных и профессиональных мероприятий, например, городской этап автогонок Формула-1. Находящиеся здесь отели класса «люкс» превратили княжескую резиденцию на Лазурном Берегу в элегантный и богатый город. Прогуляйтесь в парке рядом с казино Монте-Карло, откуда открывается один из лучших видов на город и Княжеский дворец. Не забудьте отыскать и красочную гигантскую мозаику Вазарели! В Ницце, что находится от Монако в 20 минутах езды на автомобиле, стоит насладиться средиземноморским солнцем и прогуляться по Английской набережной (Promenade des Anglais), где так любят бегать спортсмены. С холма, отделяющего старый город от порта, открывается захватывающий вид на всю Ниццу. В тенистый парк с великолепным водопадом можно подняться и на лифте, который находится в подземном переходе рядом с отелем Suisse. С прибрежная аллеи под аркадой можно пройти к рынку, где находится много уютных ресторанов. (Многие рестораны предлагают фикс-меню, стоит обратить на это внимание.) на оживлённой площади можно замечательно поужинать, а затем пройтись по улочкам старого города. Monaco is only a stone’s throw from Menton. The Prince’s Palace standing on the famous rock, and the luxury and grandeur of Monte Carlo are unforgettable. Its unique nature and the history of the Grimaldi dynasty are reflected the everyday life of Monaco. Large sport and professional events such as the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix are held each year in the city state. Luxury hotels make the principality a truly rich and elegant city on the Côte d’Azur.

Take a walk in the park below the Casino, since the best view of the city and the Prince’s Palace can be had from there. You can also find the Vasarely mosaics. The Casino’s interior can be viewed, although if it is very crowded people are let in only at certain times. The Hotel de Paris, the world’s most luxurious hotel, is next to the Casino. Almost only Rolls Royces, Ferraris and Maseratis line the road in front of the hotel and the Casino.

Many international stars including the world famous Hungarian opera singer Éva Marton and her family live in the tiny principality of Monaco and so does the artist Zsuzsanna Udvarhelyi who has painting exhibitions across Europe, including in Monte Carlo.

It is advisable to visit Monaco by train, since parking is nearly impossible or terribly expensive.

In Nice, which is a 20-minute drive from Monaco, it is best to stroll on the Promende des Anglais among the joggers and enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine. The city in its full splendour can be admired from the top of the hill that separates the old town from the harbour.

It is possible to use a lift to reach the park, which provides shade and has a spectacular waterfall. The lift can be boarded in a subway next to the Hotel Suisse.

The market place can be reached through the arcades from the seaside promenade. There are pleasant restaurants, many of which offer menus that are worth considering. The bustling square is an excellent place for lunch or dinner, which you can immediately walk off strolling along the streets of the old town. A simple dinner with a glass of wine for two is around 100 euros.

The wine specialities of Provence definitely have to be tasted. Rosés: Château Rommassan – Bandol, Commandaire de Bargemone – Côtes de Provence, Commandaire de Peyrassol – Côtes de Provence. Red wines: Château de Beaucastel – Châteauneuf de Pape, Château Val de Joanis – Côtes du Luberon, Domaine Tempier – Bandol. White wine: Muscat de Beaumes de Venise.

As for food, there are fruits of the sea in all varieties! Specialities include sea bass, monk fish, squid, lobster, shell fish, crayfish. Fou-

Перед обедом на закуску не забудьте про оливковый хлеб „фугасс” с чесноком! Французское лечо называется «рататуй», а специальные блинчики – «сокка». Дыню Cavaillon подают здесь с ветчиной и свежим инжиром. необычайно вкусно здесь готовят вымоченные в вине артишоки, запечённые с ветчиной и овощным ассорти (Artichauts a lá barigolue). Хороша и маринованная говядина, запечённая в красном вине с луком, чесноком, помидорами и апельсиновой цедрой. Это немного непривычный, но отменный вкус! Не забудьте и о местных колбасах. Каждую среду после полудня на улочках рядом с главной площадью работает рынок антикварных книг, а каждое воскресенье до обеда здесь можно купить вкуснейшие деликатесы. В магазинах, расположенных рядом с рынком, продаются синтетические скатерти (на столы для 12 персон и даже больше!) с замечательной расцветкой в виде оливок или лимонов. Целое море цветов вы найдёте на цветочном рынке Cours Saleya. В 10 минутах от Сент-Поль-де-Ванса на склоне холма находится озеро Ницца. Окруженный крепостной стеной средневековый центр городка чрезвычайно живописен, обязательно прогуляйтесь по его узким улочкам. В самом лучшем местном баре-ресторане под названием Le Tielleul вас встретит радушная хозяйка Натали Фаре. На входе в старый город есть очень хороший pесторан La Colombe d’or, где стены увешаны чрезвычайно ценными картинами, которые когда-то были оставлены величайшими художниками в качестве оплаты. Следующий город – Антиб, привлекающий своей необычайной контрастностью. Он чётко очерчен и расцвечен в характерные цвета Прованса, в его тенистых парках и на пляжах царит завораживающее настроение красоты и беспечности Лазурного Берега. Это город матросов и садовников, поклонников Моцарта и Рэя Чарльза (здесь проводится джазовый фестиваль), начинающих художников и любителей диско. Artichauts à la barigoule are irresistible – they are artichokes baked in wine with bacon and other vegetables. It’s worth ordering Boeuf en daube, namely marinated beef roasted in red wine with onions, garlic, orange peel and tomatoes. It’s a little unusual, perhaps, but tasty. The local sausages are astoundingly good.

On Wednesday afternoons there’s a second-hand and rare books market in the streets near the main square of Nice, while on Sunday mornings there’s a fantastic market with all the region’s delicacies.

In the shops by the market you can buy extra large and very elegant washable tablecloths with olive or lemon patterns – large enough for 12 people, or even bigger! And the Cours Saleya, the renowned flower market, should also be visited.

St. Paul de Vence is ten minutes from Nice on a hillside. This small medieval walled town is magical. It’s definitely worth walking around the walls of bastions and through the inner streets. Le Tilleul restaurant-bar is the best eatery and the owner, Nathalie Fare, is very friendly. The Colombe d’Or restaurant is by the entrance to the town.

It is noted for being full of valuable paintings, which the greatest painters have given instead of paying the bill.

Antibes-Juan-le-Pins is the next in line. It draws you with its changing and contrasting beauty. It is characterised by the colours and clear features of Provence, but also the glittering atmosphere and mood of enthusiasm of the Côte d’Azur, with its landscaped parks and sandy beaches. The town of sailors and gardeners, and a place for lovers of Mozart and Ray Charles (with the Antibes Jazz Festival), amateur artists and disco fans. But there are also children admiring the dancing dolphins, and pebbles on the sea shore turned spherical over time. According to Graham Greene it is “the only town on the Riviera which has truly preserved its soul”.

Grasse is known worldwide as the capital of perfume production.

Different varieties of rose and jasmine bloom in this “jewel case”, where devotion surrounds every flower and scent. It can be proud of a unique historical heritage, a rare example of which is its surviving medieval architecture. The painter Fragonard is a famous son of the town. Everyone bows their head to him regarding his resplendent international cultural recognition. The most famous perfume factory is named after him and can be visited. It’s something very special that the tourists from every country can enjoy the presentations in their own language. They are grouped together such that 40 different languages are always available, from Hungarian to Japanese.

In Cannes life itself is a festival. The “star city” of the Côte d’Azur, Cannes is internationally renowned for its broad range of professional gatherings and numerous events, the most important of which is the International Film Festival. The two Lérins islands in its bay, the famous La Croisette promenade, its squares, the Le Suquet old quarter with its wonderful Provençal atmosphere are all amazing and every visitor certainly has a fantastic time in Cannes.

There are few sights in St. Tropez. It’s primarily its famous name which is the attraction. The teeming harbour is atmospheric mainly before sunset. The majority of visitors make a pilgrimage to the gendarmerie building, well-known from the films of Louis de Funès, for the sake of at least one photograph. There’s a restaurant at the yacht marina which employs a comic figure dressed like a Louis de Funès gendarme. He entertains the passers-by and thus the place is always full. With a drink in their hand they observe the comic character from the terrace. It’s a great idea and whoever thought of it is a marketing genius.

It’s good if in spirit you are prepared in advance for the fact that it’s only the shop windows and the yachts which glitter in the famous St. Tropez. The place itself is a quiet fishing village and is a long drive from Nice, particularly if you take the spectacular coastal road.

It’s altogether not advisable to visit the Côte d’Azur in August! Most people in France take their holidays then and huge crowds flood the Riviera, resulting in a suffocating crush, astronomical prices, traffic jams and packed hotels. It’s no calmer in July, so the French Riviera is packed then, too. The best time to go is between April and the first two weeks of June, or from September to the middle of October.

Arriving at St. Tropez in July and August involves a possible threehour wait in a traffic jam, although the distance from St. Maxim to St. Tropez is no more than 20-25 kilometres. The problem is it’s a road with only one lane in each direction and there’s no way of avoiding it.

In addition a lot of traffic lights can hold you up. Even in September, when the crowds are not so thick, you have to reckon with 90 minutes to get both in and out. It’s maddening, but if you want to see St. Tropez you have to put up with it.

It’s not well known that officially St. Tropez is not part of the Riviera.

It’s a long way from the Côte d’Azur in the direction of Marseilles.

And yet it has become the most renowned summer resort. World stars flock here, to the legendary citadel of luxury, the meeting place of super yachts. ■

Приветствие /Greeting Вилла Эфрусси де Ротшильд расположена на юге Франции на Лазурном берегу в городе Сен-Жан-Кап-Ферра. Она была спроектирована и построена французским архитектором Аароном Мессиахом с 1905 по 1912 годы по заказу баронессы Беатрисы Ротшильд (1864-1934). Барон Морис де Эфрусси, взяв в жены Беатрис, члена семьи банкира Ротшильда, построил для нее виллу розового цвета на мысе Кар Ферра с удивительной панорамой на Средиземное море. Баронесса украсила виллу антикварной мебелью, работами известных художников на стенах, мастерские работы знакомых скульпторов нашли место в громадных по размерам помещениях виллы, коллекция редкого фарфора разместилась в шкафах или в одном из садов. Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is a French seaside villa located at Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the French Riviera.

The villa was designed by the French architect Aaron Messiah, and constructed between 1905 and 1912 by Baroness Béatrice de Rothschild (1864–1934).

A member of the Rothschild banking family and the wife of the banker Baron Maurice de Ephrussi, Béatrice de Rothschild built her rose-colored villa on a promontory on the isthmus of Cap Ferrat overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The Baroness filled the mansion with antique furniture, Old Master paintings, sculptures, objets d’art, and assembled an extensive collection of rare porcelain. The gardens are classified by the French Ministry of Culture as one of the Notable Gardens of France.

On her death in 1934, the Baroness donated the property and its collections to the Académie des Beaux Arts division of the Institut de France and it is now open to the public.

The villa is surrounded by nine gardens, each on a different theme: Florentine, Spanish, Garden à la française, exotic, a stone garden, a Japanese garden, a rose garden, Provençal and a garden de Sèvres. They were created between 1905 and 1912 under the direction of landscape architect Achille Duchêne.

The garden was conceived in the form of a ship, to be viewed from the loggia of the house, which was like the bridge of a vessel, with the sea visible on all sides. It was inspired by voyage she made on the liner Île de France, and the villa was given that name. The thirty gardeners who maintained the garden were dressed as sailors, with berets with red pom poms.

On the far end of the park is a hill covered with cypress trees, surrounding a replica garden of the temple of Love at the Grand Trianon palace. The slope below temple has a cascade of water in the form of a stairway, which feeds into the large basin.

A stairway from the French garden descends to the circle of gardens on the lower level. The Spanish garden features a shaded courtyard and fountain, with aromatic plants, Catalanamphorae, and a gallo-roman bench. The Florentine garden, facing the rade of Villefranche, has a grand stairway, an artificial grotto, and an ephebe of marble. Beyond the Florentine garden is the lapidary, or stone garden, with an assortment of gargoyles, columns, and other architectural elements from ancient and medieval buildings. the Japanese garden has a wooden pavilion, a bridge, and lanterns. The exotic garden features giant cactus and other rare plants. A rose garden with a statue surrounded by columns adjoins it, with pink, the favorite color of the owner, the predominant color. On the east side of the villa is a garden of native plants of Provence and a garden with decorations of sevres porcelain.

Formula 1 Grand Prix Monte Carlo is one of the world’s most stylish events.

Каждую весну олигархи и самые богатые люди мира приезжают в столицу Монако на пару недель. Сначала они посещают теннисный турнир Rolex Masters, на котором состязаются мировые звёзды, затем отправляются в знаменитый город французской Ривьеры Канны, где посещают показы знаменитого кинофестиваля и любуются звёздами кино и моделями на набережной Круазет, а потом возвращаются в княжество на гонки Формулы-1. В этом году самая технически продвинутая гоночная серия, неразрывно связанная с именем Берни Экклстоуна, проводилась в Монте-Карло в 72-ый раз, по этому поводу штаб журнала Jet Set тоже почтил своим присутствием гоночное шоу. В Монте-Карло жизнь бурлит круглый год, супербогатые люди приезжают сюда целыми компаниями, но проведение Формулы1 придаёт городу особое настроение. Всё происходящее кажется таким нереальным, что кажется, будто ты попал на съёмки какого-то фильма. На центральной площади просто невозможно сделать такой фотоснимок, где в кадр вместо самых последних моделей роскошных «ролс ройсов», «бентли», «феррари», «порше» или «мерседесов» попал бы обычный скромный автомобиль. Кроме супершикарных авто, разъезжающих по городу и паркующихся у казино Монте-Карло или отеля «Париж», других автомобилей вы не увидите. Сидящие на террасе ресторана «Париж» посетители беспечно наблюдают за городской жизнью и заказывают самые дорогие и вкусные блюда. За день официанты выполняют до 1800 заказов. Монте-Карло до и после гонок Формулы-1 – это настоящий модный подиум. Больше всего среди представителей супербогатых людей русских граждан, которые могут позволить себе любую прихоть. Шикарный «порше» с регистрационными номерами Монте-Карло преспокойно стоит посреди центральной площади и «господа» в майках и спортивных костюмах стоят и беседуют с водителем по-русски, а полицейские не делают им замечания даже тогда, когда они мешают движению и затрудняют его. Что ж, как говорится, кто платит, тот и музыку заказывает, а русские тратят в мини-государстве огромные деньги. Недавно отремонтированное большое казино сейчас во всём своём блеске. Многие не знают о том, что в Монако работают и другие казино. К примеру, есть игровые залы рядом с рестораном «Париж», но попытать счастье на удачу можно в казино Les Terasses или Sun, гостям рады также в казино Monte Carlo Bay. Денежный ручеёк течёт в карман к владельцу компании SBM князю Альберу, чей недавний брак с олимпийской чемпионкой по плаванью

Each year in the spring the real big shots, the mega rich move to Monaco’s capital for a few weeks. They first enjoy the Rolex Masters tennis tournament, where all the international stars appear, then they take a trip to Cannes, the cinema capital of the French Riviera, where they watch films screened during the noted festival and admire the stars and fashion models on La Croisette. Then they return to the city state for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The race was held for members of what has become Bernie Ecclestone’s flying circus for the 72st year running, and on this occasion the Jet Set team also paid their respects to the city last time.

There is constant bustle in Monte Carlo. The mega rich visit the city in large numbers, but it is still somewhat different to be here during Formula 1. You somehow feel as if you had dropped into the middle of a film set since everything is so unreal. It is almost impossible to take a photo of the main square with any cars other than the latest top Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Porsche and Mercedes models. There are simply no others in the streets as these super vehicles pass by and are parked in front of the Casino de Monte Carlo or by the entrance of the Hotel de Paris. Those sitting on the terrace of the Café de Paris gaze at the show while continuously requesting the most exquisite dishes. Unsurprisingly, the waiters take 1800 orders a day.

Showing off reaches an incredible level in Monte Carlo before and after the Formula 1. In this mega rich world the leading role is increasingly being taken by Russians who seem to be able to do anything in return for their wealth. The Porsche convertible with a Monaco number plate is parked without a worry on the main square. Leaning on the car the gentlemen chat with the driver in Russian and the police just look on without intervening, even if others have to avoid the parked car and it is causing a traffic jam.

After all, money is king and the Russians spend a lot of it in the mini state.

The big casino has recently been renovated and looks fantastic, but not many people know there are other casinos in Monte Carlo. For example, you can devote your time to gambling in the Café de Paris next door and tempt your fortune in Les Terasses du Casino or the Sun Casino. In addition, there’s also the Monte Carlo Bay Casino. They are all owned by SBM and the money is clinking in the counting house of HSH Prince Albert II, whose marriage to Olympic swimming champion Charlene Wittstock caused almost more excitement in Monaco than the events in the casino world.

Besides casinos, HSH Prince Albert II pays much attention to sport. As a member of the International Olympic Committee he is well aware of the splendid income it generates for the city state.

Они полностью отдают себя гонкам и раздают интервью, не разбазаривая деньги, заработанные на протяжении спортивной карьеры. Победителем 72-х гонок Grand Prix в Монте-Карло стал Rosberg, которого очень долго поздравляли болельщики. ■

There is no economic crisis in Monte Carlo, that’s for sure. The word itself is not known. The sport watches of Hublot, Boucheron and Roger Dubius are sold at prices that ordinary people just gape at, not to mention the famous Graff jewellery. In restaurants lobster is regarded as an everyday dish, as are Beluga caviar and the most expensive Bordeaux wine. Here with a bit of exaggeration the rich do not rinse their teeth with mouthwash but Petrus.

Gourmet eating is virtually compulsory as you cannot find anything else in Monte Carlo. At present the restaurants L’Hirondelle and Las Brisas are the trendiest, but celebs also favour Elésa, Le Grillt and La Vigie. Diners at the Terasse belle Époque can truly regard themselves as stylish, just as the guests at the Côte Jardin can look around satisfied with having their dinner in good company.

Ordinary mortals do not stray into these restaurants for the prices are sky high.

And after a delicious dinner, night entertainment lies ahead.

Where? Well, at Jimmy’z, Monte Carlo’s trendiest disco. In any case, Russian playboys frequent it and they know what’s what. Of course, anyone going to the Buddha Bar won’t be disappointed.

Money can also be squandered there and girlfriends can be found.

La Rascasse used to be a shining star and still has charm.

The unfortunate Formula 1 stars cannot frequent these places as their contract forbids alcohol consumption and partying into the night.

Rosberg won the 72nd Monte Carlo Formula 1 Grand Prix and he was celebrated at length. He pleased his fans and he was happy.

One day he will surely return to Monte Carlo in private to gamble at the casino, show off, enjoy life and participate in the pleasing inactivity of the rich. ■

Если яхта причаливает на воде, то к берегу доплывают на лодках. Владелец сейчас отправляется на кругосветное путешествие, который будет длиться 2 года. Яхту можно арендовать за неделю. Сам владелец часто арендовал яхты за свою жизнь и на основании набранного опыта вместе со своей женой спланировал яхту Turquoise. На яхту можно зайти только босыми ногами, что и понятно, ведь всюду расставлены мягкие белые ковры..На вечеринке, проходящей в пятницу, проверялись обуви всех. Самые престижные рестораны Монте-Карло полностью забиты во время Формулы-1, гостей принимают в двух кругах. Ужинать можно с 20.00 по 22.15 и потом с 22.30 по 24.00, и то нужно

The Turquoise is 55.4 metres long and has a crew of 13. There are six en suite bedrooms and cabins for the crew. Three captains direct the vessel, which boasts of a Michelin-star chef.

The yacht has three levels and two lounges, plus a St.Tropeztype teak deck and spa pool by the bow with large sun beds.

On deck a push of a button can produce a surround of dark curtains, while pressing another button brings a huge screen down from above, ready for film shows – it’s not as if there wasn’t a 3x2 metre television in the lounge. The entire yacht resembles a floating 6-star hotel. The main suite with its bathroom of pure marble, the most elegant.

The Turquoise has two tenders tucked away at the bow and when needed these can be lowered by a hoist. If the yacht is anchored out in the water, these are used for reaching the quay.

The owner is currently setting out on a two-year, round-theworld journey. You can hire the yacht per week. The owner has hired many vessels himself and on the basis of that experience he and his wife together designed the super yacht Turquoise.

You can board the yacht only with bare feet – since there are thick, white carpets. At the parties there was a shoe check.

And now let’s have a few info about Monte Carlo. During the Formula 1 race Monte Carlo’s prominent restaurants are full to the brim and thus they have two evening sessions. Generally you can dine from 8 p.m. until 10.15 and then from 10.30 to midnight, but only with a reservation guaranteed with a credit

The large, modern an amiable livingroom also has a nice wiev to the garden and the mediterranen see which gives a real feeling. From the livingroom opens the kitchen which was built in a modern style and is fully equipped ( ceramic grill, micro, hob, dishwaser, electric oven, washing machine…)

Beside the house you can find a large, useful BBQ, dining table and separate shower and toilet. The cocktail mixing is of the same age with the formation of the civilisation. According to american researchers, the first cocktail was prepared in Mezopotamia 5000 years ago. The archaeologists found the traces of honey, barley beer and apple juice in an earthenware, which may have been the components of the first cocktail.

The cocktail making grew into an art already by today, and we may obtain special coctails, as long as if we can pay them. We take the world’s most expensive and special cocktails one after the other in our undermentioned compilation.

We may taste a real speciality, which is the combination of cognac, lemon juice and Cointreau, in the Hamingway Bar of Ritz Hotel Paris. The individuality of the coctail called Ritz Sidecar is that the Ritz Reserve 1830 serves its stock. From this cognac only some bottles exist on the world and they were bottled before the phylloxera disaster in the 19th century. This epidemic rewrote the history of the cognac practically, because after the Wine stocks died out the hosts located new kinds. We have to pay 515 USD, for the patinated drink on a today’s exchange rate.

We may consume Magie Noir cocktail in Umbaba Club, which can be found on London West End, for altogether 550 USD. We get a drink, that is very well put together, for this puzzling sum. The dark red coctail decorated with an orchid contains L’Esprit de Courvoisier, passionfruit syrup, wild honey, sugar-cane, different sylvan fruits, a couple drops of lemon juice and Ruinart champagne. When one decides to have a cat in the house, one usually visits an animal breeder and chooses the cat that most appeals to your heart or alternatively you might take in a lonely stray cat. One doesn’t assume that a whole industry has been created for cats. It’s not just trends of luxury objects that are in flux but it’s now possible to genetically modify the make up of a cat so that they fit the fashion too.

The world’s non plus ultra cat is the hypo-allergenic Ashera, tested by the company Lifestyle Pets. A few years ago they introduced „the worlds biggest, rarest and most exotic house kitten”. This is the slogan used in the advertising campaign. Of course this is the most expensive cat in the world, the cost is between 22 000 and 28 000 US dollars. Despite the extortionate price, they have sold a lot of them in America, Asia and Russia. The waiting list is 9 months long.

The breed of cat is known as the Ashera, it is a cross between the African Serval, the Asian Leopard and the ordinary house kitten.

In spite of the animals special genetic combination it doesn’t have special demands. One can feed it with ordinary cat food.

The leader of the company, who herself has two of them, says that they grow to about the size of a middle sized dog, their behavior is amicable, they like kids and they have an estimated lifespan of twenty five years.

If we buy the luxury kitten there is no question that we also need to purchase some luxury accessories. A British company has a cat flap on the market that comes complete with Swarowski crystals.

The price is 1000 English pounds. The crystal door comes in the shape of an old Greek temple, also on offer are entrances in the shape of western style saloon doors and the Arc de Triumph.

There is a huge selection of cat furniture too. We can design our house with our beloved pet in mind, with different ladders and jumping platforms attached to the wall. An exclusive climbing tower is available for about 400 US dollars.

There are also cats who can afford to buy the really expensive accessories. These days it is common for millionaires to leave their inheritance to their pets, despite the potential detriment to the family.

At the top of the list of the world’s richest cats is a pet called Tinker. This animal inherited 150 000 Euros in assets from her owner Margaret Layne. In additon to the money Tinker also has free reign in the old lady’s Middlesex house for 21 years or until her death.

Unfortunately the cats life was threatened on a number of occasions which led to Tinker being put under surveillance for her own security in Wales.

Tinker achieved only sixth place on The Daily Mails animal rich list.

Those ranking higher include a dog, a turtle, a chimp, a lamb and even a cow...

There are four legged millionaires who take their morning walk with a limousine and personal driver. In the evening they indulge in caviar and steak that has been prepared by their own special cook specially for them.
