HEAR FROM OUR TURKISH STUDENTS

I successfully completed the LLM program in International Business Corporate and Finance Law at LJMU this year. LJMU ensures students learn about how to prepare for their future and the world of work before they graduate. This focus on employability and our future was engrained in my course. One thing I found beneficial was engaging in practical discussions during lectures and learning from highly competent lecturers in their respective fields. This greatly contributed to my comprehension of various legal systems and helped me decide on what I wanted to do when I graduated. My future plan is to continue my career as a Qualified Solicitor in the UK and strive to excel in my field. Kerim Altinalana LLM International Business and Finance Law

The technical education here really prepares you for your career. After six years in the maritime industry, I’ve found the university’s network and practical experience to be incredibly valuable. It’s not just about the books—it’s about the professional connections you make. Now, I’m counting down the days to my internship, and my goal after graduation is to stay in Liverpool and work as a Ship Broker. Gizem Kandemir MSc Maritime Operations and Management
