You will receive weekly

reports from your agent

Your open home details and any

price corrections are sent out via email to our database We continue to hold open

homes* and private inspections until a buyer is found All offers are communicated to you

Any changes to your property is

You have a contract!

We have negotiated the best price for you and the paperwork is all signed, but we keep working for you...

Once the contract is fully

signed, we disperse copies to all parties

Utility providers will be in contact with you to make your transition as easy as possible

Communications will be between our office, the solicitors, your agent and yourself... don’t forget to ask your solicitorsto CC us in!

Once any clauses

are satisfied, you are unconditional!

There may be a building and

pest inspection, plus a valuation inspection *

The buyer will request a pre-settlement

inspection, we will attend this with the buyer

Prior to settlement day, we

will need a set of keys for the buyer
