House prices in Clagiraba have grown by 17.18% in the past 3 years and 1.26% last year, with a median price of median price for houses is $729,353. There were 8 houses sold last year in Clagiraba. Gaven had a strong month, with 25 houses selling along with 2 vacant blocks of land. While the median growth fell into the negatives, this still equated to a huge $19,531,500 in sales. With only 10 listings coming to market over the last 12 months, Guanaba had a strong result with prices growing by 15.81% in the past 3 years and 1.88% last year. The highest listing price was $3,300,000, while the highest sale achieved was $1,550,000. Mount Nathan has continued to grow, with new land releases helping bring the suburbs popularity to the forefront. The median land price jumped a whopping 26.12%, while the highest sales price for a house was $1,289,800. Only 4 homes were listed for sale in Advancetown, with one selling plus another under contract at time of publication. With 9 years average length of ownership in Maudsland it is proving to be a popular place to live. With a massive 33 houses and 23 vacant blocks sold (over 2,000m2), it looks like the Maudsland is set to continue to grow. Nerang Acreage is still proving popular with 33 sales of properties with a land size over 2000m2 over the last 12 months, totaling $27,606,600.

Compared to the same period five years ago, the median house sales price for houses increased 24.0% which equates to a compound annual growth rate of 4.4%.
