What’s happening in your local acreage market House prices in Clagiraba have grown by 2.43% last year, with a median price of median price for houses being $757,009. There were 8 houses sold last year in Clagiraba and only 3 new properties came to market in the first quarter of the year.

Gaven is really starting to move with 11 properties coming to market in the last quarter. House prices in Gaven have grown by a healthy 18.41% in the past 3 years and 2.43% last year. Houses in Gaven take an average of 70 days before selling.

With a great result of 5 sales in the last quarter, Guanaba had a strong showing with 2 of those sales above $1.85 million.

Worongary Acreage had a great start to the year, with 7 sales totaling a whopping $6,015,000. There are only 7 acreage properties currently on the market at the time of publication. Nerang Acreage is still kicking goals, with 8 sales in the first quarter of the year - two of those selling well above the $1 million mark - totaling $10,875,000.
