What’s happening in your local acreage market Worongary Acreage had 31 properties on the market, the highest being $4,950,000 for a 56 acre property! 8 Properties sold last quarter, and another 2 are marked as under contract at time of print.

Clagiraba There were 2 sales last quarter as well as a vacant block of land, with 13 sales over the rolling 12 month period. The median house price for the 12 month period held steady with the current median of $785,860, just 0.9% lower than 3 months ago.

Gaven has had a strong start to 2019 with 3 sales in the first quarter, the highest being $700,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in High Ridge Court. Over the past 12 months, the median price in Gaven has grown by a whopping 13.08%.

Maudsland Acreage is continuing it’s growth this quarter with 4 acreage home sales. There have been 29 house sales over the past 12 months, the largest being $1,700,000 in Colchester Court. There was another 22 sales for vacant land for a total of 51 sales.

The median growth in Guanaba over the past 12 months has been a mammoth 36.18%, but this could be due to 7 out of the 12 sales being over the $1 million mark for this period, and 5 million dollar sales for the 12 months prior.

Mount Nathan has held steady for the start of 2019, with no change in the median sales price over the quarter, and a 4.67% rise over the past 12 months.

Nerang Acreage had a very quiet start to 2019 with 2 settled sales recorded for the first quarter. This affected the current median price, dropping by 1.13% to $875,000.
