What’s happening in your local acreage market Worongary Acreage had 7 properties sell last month totaling $5,965,000 and with a median of $800,000. The highest sale was $1,075,000 for a 6 bedroom home in Arthur Payne Court. Clagiraba There were 3 sales last quarter with two houses and one vacant block changing hands and a total sales value of $1,576,000. Gaven currently has 8 listing on the market and had two sales last quarter of $542,500 and $665,000. The current median price in Gaven is $681,000 which is a growth of 0.89% over the past 12 months While Maudsland Acreage had a decline in the median value of 2.82% over the past 12 months, this doesn’t necessarily reflect a decline in property prices - new land releases mean that there are now more properties selling in a wider price range. The median growth in Guanaba has done a complete turn around swinging from 36.18% to -25.26%.
