Gaining Attention –5 minutes Greet attendees as they arrive. Encourage them to take their seats and plug in and turn on their laptops. Explain that you are going to give everyone a moment to get settled in and that the training will begin in five minutes. As participants arrive, have the first slide of the PowerPoint displayed:
