Duties and Responsibilities • Provide extraordinary customer service and communication with schools, students and parents. • Photograph K-8, underclass and senior students, school and sporting events, etc. depending on season and skill level. • Comprehend and execute proper Cady studio procedure guidelines at on-site and off-site locations. • Kindly welcome clients and direct them as needed at the studio or in schools. • Travel to multiple off-site locations when needed. • Place customer orders in computer systems and provide customers with product information when prompted. • Research and identify any/all customer discrepancies immediately resolve issues using Cady policies when situations arise. • Have on-call capabilities to respond to last minute schedule additions. • Reliable and trustworthy when in possession of company equipment, supplies, etc. • Responsible for ensuring total organization and cleanliness in every studio area at each location • Represent Cady Studios in a professional manner. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Photography experience a plus, but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willing to work a varied, seasonal schedule that includes early mornings and weekends. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must pass a mandatory background check. Able to lift and operate camera equipment up to 40lbs. Competitive hourly wage and flexible seasonal schedule.
