PHOTOGRAPHER

Duties and Responsibilities • Provide extraordinary customer service and communication with schools, students and parents.

• Photograph K-8, underclass and senior students, school and sporting events, etc. depending on season and skill level.

• Comprehend and execute proper Cady studio procedure guidelines at on-site and off-site locations.

• Kindly welcome clients and direct them as needed at the studio or in schools.

• Travel to multiple off-site locations when needed.

• Place customer orders in computer systems and provide customers with product information when prompted.

• Research and identify any/all customer discrepancies immediately resolve issues using Cady policies when situations arise.

• Have on-call capabilities to respond to last minute schedule additions.

• Reliable and trustworthy when in possession of company equipment, supplies, etc.

• Responsible for ensuring total organization and cleanliness in every studio area at each location • Represent Cady Studios in a professional manner.

• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Photography experience a plus, but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willing to work a varied, seasonal schedule that includes early mornings and weekends. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must pass a mandatory background check. Able to lift and operate camera equipment up to 40lbs. Competitive hourly wage and flexible seasonal schedule.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities • Able to retain extensive product line knowledge while interacting with customers via phone and computer on a daily basis.

• Exercise excellent critical thinking skills to make quick decisions when assisting customers.

• Accurately enter information into system using proficient computer skills.

Job Requirements One year customer service or phone experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willing to work a varied, seasonal schedule. Must pass a mandatory background check.

MAKEUP ARTIST

Who you are As a Cady makeup artist, you’re a people person. You enjoy working with people of all backgrounds to ensure their personality shines. You have a knack for understanding what each client wants. Experience creative freedom and fun with your role at Cady.

Duties and Responsibilities • Possess excellent communication skills when working with clients to interpret client expectations • Ensure hairstyle and makeup is properly applied and completed before photo sessions • Alter or maintain makeup during photo sessions as needed • Able to work quickly and accurately in time sensitive situations • Have advanced knowledge of makeup hygiene practices before, during and after application • Maintain makeup room cleanliness and organization

Job Requirements Cosmetology experience in hair and makeup is mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Has knowledge of general awareness of health and safety issues.

Willing to work a varied, seasonal schedule that includes early mornings and weekends.

Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must pass a mandatory background check.

IN-HOUSE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Who you are As a Cady sales rep, you’re a people person. You enjoy getting to know new clients of all backgrounds and ensure they are given exactly what they want. You’re a quick learner who loves a challenge. Experience creative freedom and fun with your role at Cady.

Duties and Responsibilities • Work one on one with clients to ensure they are receiving exactly what they want using extensive product line knowledge.

• Professionally conducts photo sales presentations to students and parents that can last up to three hours.

• Collaborate with manager to achieve set sales goals.

• Exercise excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills to upsell clients.

• Accurately and quickly enters orders into system using proficient computer skills.

Job Requirements Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent required. Willing to work a varied, seasonal schedule that includes weekends. Must pass a mandatory background check.
