Terms The terms of sale are cash or cheque, payable at sale location. The purchaser has thirty days from time of sale to make full payment. If full payment has not been made within thirty days of sale, the purchaser looses ownership rights of animal. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder. In cases of dispute GBT Angus’ decision will be final. Current exchange rates apply. All monies are in Canadian funds.

Certificate of Registration Unless otherwise stated, each animal will carry papers issued by the American Angus Association. This certificate shall be transferred to new owner following full payment of said animal(s).

Health All animals offered have met necessary health requirements.

Guarantee Each animal becomes the purchasers risk immediately after the animal is sold. All animals offered will be sold under the terms and guarantee of the American Angus Association.

How the Sale Works...

Sale opens noon CST March 15, 2017.

Bidding starts closing 6:00 pm CST March 17.

Sale order is catalog order.

Lot 1 closes first at 6:00 pm with all remaining lots closing in consecutive order at 2 minute intervals.

Bidding is available on each lot until the time for that specific lot closes out. All remaining lots left are active to be bid on during the sale until each respective lot closes.

Liabilities All persons visiting GBT Angus does so at their own risk. Seller, facility owner, land owner assume no liability, legal or otherwise for any accidents that occur.
