Fellow Cattle Breeders, On behalf of my Dad, Family and I. Thank you for taking the time to preview our fourth production bull and commercial cow sale. What a challenging time it is to be a cattle producer. Hopefully the worst is behind us and the markets get more in line with our operating cost so we can all start to see a profit. This set of bulls look really good. They started off a little slow due to the late summer/ early fall drought. There is a lot of calving ease bulls this year. If you need a heifer bull, we have several. This year I dug deep in the herd for the commercial cow offering. The fall 3 in 1’s range in age from 3 to 7 years old. The spring calving cows are again 1st calf heifers. I may put a few older spring cows in the sale. I want to offer everyone something that works in their program. Keep in mind all cows we sale are born here on the farm. Tim Knight, Dave Dean and their families of Indian Springs Farm have bulls again this year in the sale. They have a herd of cows out of our best genetics. We refer to it as our cooperative herd. Those bull are raised here from weaning to sale day. As always, all bulls sale with our 1 year guarantee. The cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions as recommended by the American Angus Association. A copy of these terms is available at the sale. Each bull has a base price listed below its pedigree in the sale catalog. This will be the minimum bid price for that individual. Any bull that does not get a minimum bid price during the sale will be for sale immediately following the sale first come first serve policy at the minimum bid price. If you pay for and pick up your bull on sale day we will take $100 off the sale price of your bull. Bulls only. This same offer does not apply to Females purchased in the sale. Bulls may be left at CSF Cattle Co. free of charge until June 1, 2019. After that, other arrangements can be made with CS.

All Bulls in the sale have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to being cataloged. However, we know that Bulls will be Bulls and injuries can occur. Bulls sell with a one year guarantee. If your bull purchase gets injured and can’t perform the job he was hired to do, call CS and he will get you a replacement bull to get the job done right!
Females will sell in groups of two or three to be determined on sale day. All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. CSF Cattle Co. and the sale staff assume no liability for property loss or accidents that may occur. We will assist in helping you find trucking if you are in need of transportation for your new herd sire.
