This girl is out of a first calf heifer we purchased from Pieper Red Angus. We selected her dam due to her high MPPA, her phenotype and disposition. Her dam has exceeded all expectations. She has a calf on the ground again and continues to be a powerhouse cow. Her sire is HXC Western. We, along with co-owner, Tim Chapman, purchased Western from Hueftle cattle company in Cozad NE. This is the only black red carrier we have brought to the sale and she too is bred to Damar Dochehli D858. This heifer should have a calf by sale day. Observe her characteristics and heavily influenced Canadian pedigree. We brought along this yearling plus ET bull calf that ought to do somebody some real good. His pedigree is pretty unique with some predictable genetics that should be outcross with most herds. His disposition is excellent and a primary reason we brought him. His dam was a little taller framed cow we really liked but she just got too old. Gold Robber and Julian GG B571 were her grandsires and this bull’s sire is SSS Arson 85U that combines Norseman King and SSS Traveler bloodlines. Real balanced numbers and a good look besides! TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash, check, or other terms agreed to in writing between seller, buyer, and sale manager payable immediately upon conclusion of the sale before animals will be moved. Sale Manager reserves the right to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle. Buyer hereby grants to Seller/ Sale Manager a security interest in the livestock purchased to secure the payment of the purchase price, and Buyer further authorizes Seller/Sale Manager to file any necessary documents with any Secretary of State or other governmental entity necessary to perfect such security interest. ANNOUNCMENTS: Any errors or changes in information contained in the catalog will be announced from the block and such announcements shall take precedence over the information contained herein. BIDDING: Any disputes or challenges regarding bids or tie bids will be settled by the Auctioneer and the decision will be final. PURCHASER’S RISK: All animals are the owner’s risk prior to their sale and become property of the purchaser as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A certificate of registry for each animal will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Arrangements for International Shipment should be made with the Sale Manager prior to the auction. All efforts for the exportation of cattle can be arranged through the Sale Manager. BREEDING GUARANTEE: All animals are guaranteed by the seller as outlined in the Suggested Sale Terms of the Red Angus Association of America including but not limited to points 8 and 10. LIABILITIES: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The seller, auction facility, and sale manager assume no liability for any accidents that may occur. Neither does the seller, auction facility, or sale manager assume liability for the loss or injury to livestock due to theft, mysterious disappearance, sickness, improper handling or Act of God.
