It is with great pride and appreciation that we welcome you to our 3rd annual bull sale. We are excited about this offering as it represents over 20 years of focused breeding, performance selection, and deep commitment to producing bulls with traits that benefit the commercial cattleman.
Whether you are a long-time customer or looking to invest in our program for the first time, we want to thank you for considering our bulls as part of your operation. Our focus has always been on producing functional, fertile, and efficient cattle that work in realworld conditions.
The bulls have been developed with longevity, soundness, and your profitability in mind. All the age advantage bulls are from our spring 2024 calf crop and have never been offered for sale. All the bulls have been bred to add performance, thickness, and maternal qualities to move your herd forward.
We invite you to look through the offering, visit with us about your needs, and come see the bulls at the farm prior to the sale. If you are unable to attend the sale, you can watch and bid on LiveAuctions.TV. All the bulls will have videos available for preview on LiveAuctions website starting three weeks prior to the sale. The bulls will be available for viewing at Cold Creek Cowboy Church the day before the sale, October 17th.

ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements made sale day take precedence over the sale book.
LIABILITY The Shaver family assumes no liability for accidents or injuries. All persons attending do so at their own risk.
GUARANTEE All bulls will receive a first breeding season guarantee. A breeding season is defined as 90 days from the bull turnout date. If a bull is found to be infertile at any point during the first breeding season a replacement will be provided, if available, or a sale credit less $2,000 (salvage value).
FERTILITY Scrotal measurements will be available sale day and on our website and Facebook page prior to the sale.
TERMS Terms of the sale are cash or check. Cattle will sell according to the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association.
HEALTH All cattle will be accompanied by proper health certificates for immediate shipment. The bulls have been on a complete vaccination and mineral program. The bulls in the sale will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to the sale.
BULL DEVELOPMENT Bulls have been developed with the commercial cattlemen in mind. Bulls are developed to show genetic potential without sacrificing longevity.
SEMEN INTEREST
Shaver Angus will retain 1/3 semen interest in all bulls selling. The buyer will receive 100% possession and full salvage value.
