We would like to invite you to our 34th Annual Bull Sale March 27, 2026, at 1:00pm. The sale will be held at M Diamond Angus Ranch in Glenrock Wyoming. (see directions) Lunch will be served starting at 11:00am. So please join us for the hospitality before and after the sale.
It is hard to believe it has been 34 years. Friendship and a common viewpoint about raising good functional cattle brought our two families together, but it is the support and belief in our programs from our customers that have kept us rolling forward for 34 years. We would like to thank those who have supported our programs and welcome those of you attending for the first time. The friendships we have made over the last 34 years are the true treasures of this business. Brad and I have had the opportunity to watch each of our families grow and are proud to have them on the team. We could not do it without them! Taylor, Jordan, Trent, and their families, it has been a true blessing.
Our Registered Angus cattle are truly Born and Bred to Thrive under our tough range conditions known to Wyoming. That being true with the brutal winters and long hot summers we experience here in Central Wyoming. If they can survive and thrive here, we feel that they can excel in many environments. The calves are raised on mama’s milk, grass and lots of Wyoming scenery. Mother nature is allowed to take its course so we can identify those with the “Drive to Thrive.” With market demands and ever-changing range and weather conditions, the Angus female will always be at the forefront of our breeding programs. Grab an Angus cow’s tail and she will pull you through about anything. We demand our cows utilize the available forage and convert it efficiently to breed back on time and bring in a big, healthy calf at weaning. We also place a great deal of emphasis on fertility, fleshing ability, mothering ability, udder quality, disposition, and structural correctness.
Again, this year we are extremely fortunate to have the bulls being developed at Track A Land and Livestock under the care of Chad and Jamie Harkins and their staff at Alcova, Wyoming. The bulls are being fed and developed with longevity and soundness at the forefront. If you are in the area, please stop by and have a look, Chad and Jamie run a first-class operation! Their place is approximately 20 miles west of Casper, Wyoming on Highway 220. Once again, we will be offering some excellent long aged bulls (summer calved) from M Diamond that have been efficiency tested and a group of stout virgin 2-year-olds from Lisco Angus. Videos of the bulls should be available the second week in March by going to dvauctions.com or liscomdiamond.com. A sale website has been developed, again at liscomdiamond.com. The bulls will also be PAP tested by Dr. Lanny Weddle with North Park Veterinary Clinic and he would be happy to answer any questions at 970-723-8314.
All the bulls have genomically enhanced EPDs and have tested free of all known genetic defects.
All the bulls in the sale passed a breeding soundness exam by Dr. Jim and Max Smylie, tested negative for PI BVD and have been PAP scored. The bulls will be at M Diamond Angus by noon on March 24, 2026 for inspection prior to the sale. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail.

S Wrangler 830 is a calving ease Coalition son with an impressive phenotype and a pedigree rich in performance and maternal strength. His dam is double-bred to Chisum, known for muscle and maternal production, and his lineage includes Grid Maker, EXT, and Traveler 6807. Retained by Spickler South and later co-owned with M Diamond Angus, Wrangler has been successfully used on both registered and commercial heifers. His consistent first calf crop marks him as an elite herd sire.

Ranahan, a Wrangler son, embodies the ideal all-around cowboy with calving ease, performance, maternal predictability, carcass value, and a calm disposition. This deepbodied, heavy-muscled bull has excellent structure, strong feet, and a commanding presence. His outcross pedigree makes him a versatile sire suited for diverse breeding programs. His sons are the dominant sire group in this year’s bull pen.

Converse is a calving-ease cowmaker with a moderate-framed, high-capacity build and ample muscle. He is a sound-structured, good-footed young sire backed by a proven cow family from the respected Lindskov-Thiel program.

Mr. Consistent, also known as Tahoe, is a highly proven, multi-purpose sire renowned for his customer satisfaction and adaptability. He delivers calving ease, growth, and end-product merit while excelling in producing daughters with excellent udder quality and longevity. His progeny thrive in diverse environments and are top- ranked for hair shedding, making them lowmaintenance and profitable for building durable cow herds. Tahoe consistently remains a top seller due to his reliability and versatility across various operations.

Ice Man was purchased with John Moore and is a full brother to SAV Scale House who was the top selling bull in the 2021 Schaff Angus Valley bull sale bringing $275,000. His dam is a sister to Resource, Renown, and Recharge. Ice Man has been used very heavily in our commercial programs and has proven to sire calves with moderate birth weight and above average performance. He continuously stamps cattle with lots of rib, a thick top, and a long and impressive hip. He adds length to cattle and therefore adds capacity and pounds that pay. We have been impressed with the few daughters that we have calved out and anxiously await many more to come. His daughters are phenomenal phenotypically and show to be the kind that will work for many years in our cow herd.

heavy muscled, and are the type that are going to work in tough environments. These bulls have ample performance and are maternally superior.

x Grand Finale is a shining example of

Mothering ability is a trait that is sometimes overlooked, but there is nothing better than watching a first calf heifer take a calf and act like she has done it for years. Excellent disposition in these cattle and the type that are a real joy to be around.

We are going to start the yearling bull section of the sale off with 2 flush brothers, Lots 27 & 28. This flush rose to the top very early in last year’s calving season and never let up. Sired by the great M Diamond Ranahan 111 who has stamped them with his consistent pattern of heavy muscled, wide topped, deep, and easy doing cattle. The donor dam of these bulls is the incomparable U2 Erelite 109Z. Best known as the dam of U2 Coalition and the dam of a string of herd bulls working throughout the west. She continues to move our program forward and has provided us with everything we hoped for when we purchased her from the U2 dispersion in Canada in the fall of 2019. She is still going strong at 14 years of age. Her legacy will be felt in our herd for many, many years to come. This flush will produce progeny that will help you add to your bottom line.
U2 Erelite 109Z is one of those special females that don’t come around very often. She is a unique blend of massive power and exquisite femininity along with an udder quality and structural soundness that is beyond compare. She epitomizes the qualities that we envision in the “perfect” Angus cow. When the opportunity came to purchase her, we were determined to bring her to Wyoming thus making her the $140,000 (CAD) high seller of the historic U2 Ranch Complete Dispersion in the fall of 2019. At 14 years of age, we are so blessed that she continues to produce embryos and remains extremely relevant to our future.
As we put her sons and daughters to work, we continue to be extremely impressed with the positive impact they are having on our herd. Owned with Spickler Ranch South.

Calving Ease* - THIS IS A REAL BULL! A bull that really grabs your attention when you walk into the pen with his herd bull presence. He has a very impressive hindquarter that is long from hooks to pins. He is deep in his twist, wide across his top and carries well down into his stifle. He has an extremely wide chest floor along with being very deep sided with a big spring of rib. He is good structurally with very good feet and legs. He posted a Weaning ratio of 114 and a Yearling ratio of 116 to place him at the very top of his peers. He records top 1% for HP, top 2% for $M, top 5% for RE and top 10% for CEM, PAP, CW, $W and $F. Ultimately, he is in the top 15% of the breed for $C. His impressive pathfinder dam posts 3 calves with an average weaning ratio of 105 and a 366 day calving interval. He is a very impressive individual that checks all the boxes. He is certainly one of the best bulls we have ever raised.

This heavy weaning full brother to Ranahan is a little wider shouldered bull that has the look of a real beef bull. If you want to add pounds to your weaning weights this one gives you a shot.
