Friends and Fellow Cattlemen, Welcome to our 2nd Annual Precision Beef Solutions Bull Sale! It is hard to believe another year has gone by, and we are once again excited to showcase our top Bulls. We would like to personally extend an invitation to you to come visit, and take a good look at what we have to offer this year. Purebred Angus, Purebred Simmental, and SimAngus Bulls -- the best from our own personal herds. We are extremely appreciative for all the support over the years.

The genetic make-up of our herds derive from many of the Angus and Simmental breed’s top AI sires. Our priority is to provide high performace bulls year after year to improve your bottom line. Utilizing genomic enhancement, EPD’s, performance, consistency, and efficency. Our goal is for our bulls to possess a producing weaning and yearling weights that are respectable in today’s marketplace. Study the pedigrees and EPD lines closely, as many of our cows and bulls used will be in the top 5-10% of their respective breeds in many EPD categories. These bulls should offer tremendous value and the long term production ability needed to enhance your cow herd.

* As soon as you arrive at the farm you will register for your buyer # and get a catalog containing the bulls EPD’s, pedigrees, and genomic profile. The bulls will be penned by breed and price. All Angus bulls ear tags are in the 100’s, the SimAngus bulls ear tags are in the 200’s, and the ¾ Simmental & Purebred bulls have ear tags in the 300’s. As you examine the bulls write down in your catalog which ones you may be interested in purchasing come sale time. At 1pm the sale will begin. The first bull selection will be made by the lowest buyer #. If only that buyer wishes to purchase that bull, he or she can do so at that bulls set floor price. If more than one person wishes to buy a particular bull, the auctioneer will then bid that bull off. If the buyer who chose the bull does not end up with that particular bull, then they will have the next choice of bulls. We will proceed this way until all the buyer’s have had a chance to purchase or bid on the bulls they wanted too. * Bulls will remain on the farm until they are semen checked in March. At that time the bulls will be available to be picked up anytime. We will hold the bulls at no cost until June 1st. After that, there will be a daily feed and yardage fee. * Bulls are guaranteed to service your cows, with the following exceptions applying to the guarantee.

1. Animals put out to breed prior to being one year of age.

2. Injury or disease to the animal that occurs after the sale.

3. Negligence or mistreatment of the animal on the part of the buyer. *Carcass Information: A supplement sheet will be available sale day with Ultrasound data.

Semen Interest: Precision Beef Solutions will be retaining at least one-third revenue sharing on semen interest in all bulls selling. This means if we would like to collect semen on the bull for our own use, we would have the option to do so. Also, if semen is sold we would retain 1/3 revenue. The new owners of the bulls will have full possession and full salvage value.
