Dear Friends Welcome to our annual bull sale. Last year at this time we saw new highs in cattle prices, and since then they have seemed to set new highs. What a perfect time to be in the cattle industry and to use Simmental genetics to enhance your program.

All our calves came off pasture with no CREEP. We believe this tells the true story of the calves at weaning without being fluffed. Last summer we were in a dry pocket compared to some areas. We did receive rains that started coming in August and greened up the grass. Our weaning weights were lighter than a year ago due to the lush August grass and that we wean the first of September. The bulls more than made up for it once they were weaned with higher ADG and yearling weights using the same bull devlopement ration that we had last year consisting of ground hay, ground alfalfa, corn silage, and DDG's. To me this proves that the performance is bred on not fed on.

Health: Our herd has been tested Johnes free. All the bulls have had their shots and been poured. We will semen test the bull (s) that you purchase and will be vaccinated for foot rot and anthrax.

Terms of Sale: All sales are cash or check on day of sale.

Buyer Discount: First bull will be at full price and any bull after that will $50 off.

Guarantee: All bulls are guaranteed against breeding injury through the first breeding season and have a breeding injury guarantee. If a replacement bull is available one will be provided. If the buyer prefers credit toward another bull, the credit will be given in the following year’s sale minus the salvage value of the original bull.

Trucking: We deliver free within the state of South Dakota and will assist with arrangements for out of state buyers.
